Jussie Smollett perp walk.
Actor and hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett posted bond Thursday afternoon after he turned himself in on Thursday morning.
Thursday afternoon, a judge set a $100,000 bond for Jussie Smollett just hours after the ‘Empire’ actor was arrested for filing a false police report.
Smollett’s lawyer asked the Cook County Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr. to release Jussie on his own recognizance, but the judge said that would be inappropriate, reported KTIV.
Smollett must post only $10,000 and the judge said if noose is true, it ‘conjures up greatest evil in this country.’

This is chump change for Jussie Smollett because he reportedly makes $65,000 per episode on ‘Empire’ with an average of 18 episodes per season.
Jussie Smollett was arrested Thursday morning after a Cook County grand jury indicted him on one felony count of disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.
Jussie left the court with his family and supporters on Thursday.
The actor did not speak to reporters.
