Conservative Org Hits AOC’s ‘Wack’ Tweet in Another Pair of Billboards Calling Her Out for Chasing Amazon Out of the State

The Job Creators Network, who placed a billboard in Times Square blasting Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her role in chasing Amazon out of New York, has placed another set of billboards in which they mock her response to their first one.

The first billboard pointed out that the Amazon pullout cost 25,000 jobs for NYC, $4 billion in lost wages, and $12 billion in lost economic activity for the state. The billboard’s message concluded with “thanks for nothing, AOC!”

Ocasio-Cortez responded to the billboard in a tweet claiming that “few things effectively communicate the power we’ve built infighting dark money & anti-worker policies like billionaire-funded groups blowing tons of cash on wack billboards.”

Immediately following her tweet, the JCN responded with a second pair of billboards — that are also in Times Square.

“Hey AOC, Saw your wack tweet,” the new billboard reads. It is above a second billboard that reads, “Hey AOC, this billboard cost about $4,000. But you cost NY 25,000 jobs and $4,000,000,000 in annual lost wages. Ouch!”

“Our first billboard in Times Square went up Wednesday. The next day, we moved to a more prominent location in Times Square, this time with two billboards,” JCN’s spokeswoman Elaine Parker told the New York Post. “The contract is for $4,000. We’ve been getting a great response, so we haven’t decided how long they will run for.”
