On Tuesday, Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen surrendered himself to the FBI after it was reported he reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
FOX News is reporting Michael Cohen’s plea deal is to include between 3-5 years jail time.

Michael Cohen appeared in a Manhattan Federal court at 4 PM ET Tuesday according to spokesman for the federal prosecutor in Manhattan, Bloomberg reported.
Cohen is facing bank and tax fraud charges from a taxi cab business he owned with another business partner after the FBI raided his home and office in April and seized personal property including computers and phones.

CNBC reported:
Michael Cohen, the former personal lawyer and fixer for President Donald Trump, agreed to plead guilty on Tuesday to eight charges related to tax fraud, excessive campaign contributions, making false statements to a financial institution, and unlawful corporate contributions at a court hearing in New York on Tuesday.

Two of those charges appear to relate to Trump directly. Cohen admitted on Tuesday to making payments to two women at the direction of an unidentified candidate for political office. Those payments, Cohen said, were made to influence the outcome of the election.
