Portland police officers located the hit and run suspect who *ALLEGEDLY* plowed into pedestrians on a sidewalk near Portland State University. KOIN6 chopper cam got it all live on film.

The suspected driver was found at 2.7 miles away from the crash scene, near Benson High School.
