Hillary Clinton has spent her life working in government but she doesn’t even know the difference between our founding documents. She really is a horrible candidate and this is just more proof.

Constitution or That Other Thing? Clinton Gaffes Big Time
Constitution, conster-schmution. Hillary Clinton made a major gaffe Wednesday on the issue of gun control.
Appearing on Steve Harvey’s show on Wednesday, Clinton said that the majority of Americans, including gun owners, agree with her call for more gun control.
“So we have to say to the gun lobby, ‘You know what, there is a Constitutional right for people to own guns, but there is also a Constitutional right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that enables us to have a safe country where we are able to protect our children from their senseless gun violence,” Clinton said.
Of course Clinton was confusing one of the most valued rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights and part of the preamble of the Declaration of Independence. The second amendment guarantees that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Meanwhile, “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” is found not in the Bill of Rights but in the Declaration of Independence.
The mistake was quickly spotted and jumped upon by the Republican National Committee. RNC spokesman James Hewitt emailed a statement to reporters blasting Clinton as a Yale Law School graduate that doesn’t know what she is talking about.
