FBI Failed To Prevent Garland Terror Attack That Was Announced On Twitter A Week Before

The federal government has become incompetent and now, that same incompetence, is creeping into the FBI and CIA.

Turns out that the Garland, Texas Islamic attack could have been prevented, but the FBI failed.
