Just because you plead guilty to violently molesting your own young daughter and step daughter doesn’t mean you should receive any jail time, silly.
A St. Louis EMT, Timothy Brown, pleaded guilty to multiple counts of child molestation will face no jail time thanks to his suspended sentence.
The Gateway Pundit has received a report that one of Brown’s victims was his own daughter, and another was his step-daughter!
Timothy E. Brown, of Vienna, pleaded guilty to three counts filed against him April 8.
Those three counts included one count of first-degree statutory sodomy, an unclassified felony; and two counts of first-degree child molestation, a Class B felony.
Brown was also indicted on one count of first-degree statutory sodomy involving deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old inflicting serious physical injury and displaying a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument in a threatening manner or subjecting the victim to sexual intercourse with more than one person or the victim is less than 12 years old.

Under a suspended execution of sentence, Brown was sentenced to five years’ probation, according to Assistant Phelps County Prosecutor John Garrabrant.
Brown will face 15 years if he violates the terms of his sentence, but perhaps that generosity could’ve been extended to him after 10 or so years in prison?
Also, why did this outrageous sentencing receive so little attention? A google news search for Timothy Brown in St Louis turns up little to no coverage. Hmmm….
