LAS VEGAS – Nevada dad John Eppolito was curious about the data his kids’ school district was collecting. He’s fully educated on Common Core, how it’s changing education and the massive amounts of personal information schools will now be collecting on students.
So he filed an Open Records request to get an answer.
Instead of the answer, he received a $10,000 bill to get the answer.

Eppolito appeared on Fox News to discuss the situation.
