The Chicago Tribune is reporting: “City’s MLK prayer breakfast turns into Democratic rally”

The city’s annual prayer breakfast to honor the life of Martin Luther King Jr. on Friday at times turned into an election-year pep rally for Illinois to push the idea of a minimum wage hike.

Martin Luther King Jr was a conservative Republican, likely because the Democrat party launched the KKK while Republicans freed the slaves and spearheaded civil rights legislation.
