CNN is defending their reporter to be as big a jackass as he wants when attending White House press briefings and harassing and shouting at President Trump or his staff.
Acosta’s lawyers asked Judge Timothy J. Kelly for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction that would restore Acosta’s hard press pass right away.

The White House asserted in their case that they can pick and choose which journalists are given permanent a hard pass to attend the briefings.
They have been operating this way for over two years now.
The Gateway Pundit can confirm that they block conservative reporters from attending briefings all the time.
Tuesday’s CNN lawsuit against President Trump and several of his top aides alleged that the ban violates CNN and Acosta’s First and Fifth Amendment rights.
CNN approves of Acosta’s disrespect and hostility.
