BREAKING: Controversial and Corrupt Brenda Snipes Resigns as Broward County Elections Supervisor

Brenda Snipes

Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes turned in her resignation on Sunday evening after the Florida hand recount concluded.

The exact date her resignation goes into effect is unclear.

Via the Sun Sentinel:

Just hours after finishing a tumultuous election recount on Sunday, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes submitted her resignation.

“It is true. She did send it,” said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office.

Evelyn Perez-Verdia, a former office spokeswoman who left several years ago, said Sunday evening she was told by people in the office that the letter was sent “to Tallahassee” earlier in the day.

Norris-Weeks said she saw an early draft of the letter. In the version she saw, she said Snipes, 75, expressed a desire to spend more time with her family.

Brenda Snipes has a long history of violating the law.

As usual, Broward County was ground zero for election fraud.

On election night Brenda Snipes originally reported 634,000 votes were cast in the midterm election in her county.

By last week on Friday morning Snipes said 717,000 votes were cast in her county in the midterm election.

Broward County Democrats mysteriously found 83,000 votes in two days!

She still has not explained how this happened.

Jeb Bush, who appointed Snipes as Broward County elections supervisor even called for her to be removed after the 2018 midterms proved to be a disaster.

“There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process. Supervisor Snipes should be removed from her office following the recounts,” Jeb Bush said in a tweet last week.

Enterprise rent trucks full of ballots were seen rolling up in the dead of the night at the Broward County polling station on election night.

Up until Saturday, Broward County couldn’t get it together and the hand recount came to a grinding halt after lawyers realized the volunteers were counting the wrong ballots.

Brenda Snipes then admitted on Saturday that her county ‘misplaced’ over 2,000 ballots.

Snipes should be investigated and prosecuted for her latest election scam.
