Last November Trump hating comedienne Samantha Bee staged a serious, but comic, hero worshiping interview with now former New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for her TBS program, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee.
Bee characterized Schneiderman as the “one person who can save us from Trump.” The segment featured cartoons of Schneiderman fighting Trump using lawfare and included several mock comic book covers seen in this recent tweet by Schneiderman.

Bee tweeted the interview segment with Schneiderman last November 9 to mark the one year anniversary of President Donald Trump’s election. It is worth watching the full five minutes and forty-four seconds long video now with the benefit of hindsight.

Bee was stung by the accusations by former girlfriends of violent abuse published Monday evening against Schneiderman that led to his resignation just hours after publication.
Bee posted a screen grab of Schneiderman’s recent tweet of her fawning comic book covers and ordered him, “Take this the fuck down.”
