Joe diGenova Breaks Down Why Junk Russian Bot Case is Bad News For Mueller (VIDEO)

Former US Attorney Joe diGenova spoke with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Thursday evening about Mueller’s decision to roll out an indictment of Russians without being prepared to go to trial.

Mueller’s PR stunt is backfiring and it’s glorious.

Tucker Carlson asked DiGenova, “Why would this be bad to go to trial?”

“Well because they’re not ready for it. They indicted a case prematurely against people they thought would never show up from Russia and then one of the Russian companies hired lawyers and sent them to court to say ‘we’re here and we wanna plead not guilty and we want a lot of discovery on your criminal case against us,” DiGenova said.

After Mueller asked for a delay in the case, a Trump-appointed judge smacked him down and forced the case to proceed this week.

Tucker Carlson asked, “You’re saying he indicted people without being ready to prove they were guilty?

DiGenova said Mueller is abusing the grand jury process then blasted Rosenstein for authorizing the special counsel.

Joe DiGenova continued to hammer Mueller, “They did it for one reason only. Mueller needed something Russian–like dressing on a salad to make his investigation look good so he indicted 13 people and corporations in another country that he thought would never show up and BINGO one shows up and says ‘PROVE IT MOTHER.’

Indicted Russian company, Concord Management and Consulting wants to play ball and blasted Mueller in court this week telling the Magistrate Judge, “the government has indicted the proverbial ham sandwich.”

Concord is seeking all of Mueller’s evidence of the so-called conspiracy as a part of their discovery rights.

The indicted Russian company pleaded not guilty Wednesday and also revealed Mueller has access to their confidential files.

The case is scheduled to presume in early July.

Mueller has a history of botching cases and charging innocent people; he should be fired and investigated by a special counsel.
