Former Director of Communications for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, Jennifer Palmieri revealed the moment Hillary found out the FBI reopened her email investigation after finding classified information on Anthony Weiner’s laptop.
Former FBI Director James Comey announced he reopened Hillary’s criminal email investigation on October 28th, 2016.
This was the same time Hillary Clinton was expecting the phony dossier to be published as an October surprise for Trump. Instead Hillary got the October surprise.
Jennifer Palmieri says in her new book titled, “Dear Madam President – An Open Letter to the Women Who Will Run the World” she broke the news to Hillary Clinton about the FBI reopening her email investigation while they were on an airplane en route to Iowa a week before election day.
TIME reported:
“I have something to tell you,” I said to her.
“Okay!” she said cheerfully. “What do you have to tell me?”
“It’s bad,” I reply. “Really bad.”
“Okay,” she said, turning serious and folding her hands to brace herself for what was coming. After I told her the news, she nodded and then got the slightest wry smile on her face. “You knew we weren’t done, didn’t you?” I asked.
“Yes, I knew we weren’t done,” she responded. She knew we weren’t going to make it all the way to Election Day without a major new plot twist, and here it was. “All right,” she said matter-of-factly. “Let’s talk about what we are going to do about it.”
Huma Abedin lost her mind and uncontrollably sobbed, wrote Palmieri:
It was wrenching to watch the pain this news caused Huma. She was distraught. Hillary and I sat with her in our cabin on the plane as Huma sobbed. “He [Anthony Weiner] is going to kill me” was all Huma could manage to say in between sobs.
Knowing Hillary’s temperament, we’re sure F-bombs and perhaps other things were flying after she found out about Comey’s decision to reopen the investigation.
The FBI seized Weiner’s laptop after he was caught sexting with an underage teenager and discovered Hillary’s CLASSIFIED INFORMATION on the disgraced politician’s computer.
The documents found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop contained classified information including the identity of a CIA officer, according to Judicial Watch.
The FBI actually took a month to take action after they found classified information on Weiner’s laptop.
It is evident by Hillary’s reaction she believes she’s above the law and all she had to do was come up with talking points to spin spin spin.
To this day Hillary Clinton still blames Comey (among many other people) for her crushing election loss despite never campaigning in Wisconsin.
