During a live broadcast of “Hannity” from CPAC Wednesday evening, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett articulated why former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, are in “serious legal jeopardy.”

“Who do you see now is in serious legal jeopardy?” Sean Hannity asked Jarrett in relation to the Nunes memo revelations.
“I think James Comey has signed off on the [FISA warrant], Rod Rosenstein who signed off on it, Andrew McCabe signed off on it,” replied Jarrett.
“Sally Yates, as well,” added the Fox News legal analyst.
“Using a fake document as an officer of the court to convince just to spy on on an American citizen is six different crimes.”
Listing off the crimes, Jarrett said the band of current and former FBI and DOJ officials committed, “abuse of power, false and misleading statements, perjury, it’s major fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and obstruction of justice.”
“Those are the crimes and people need to be prosecuted,” Jarrett concluded.
