BREAKING: Suspicious Letter With White Powdery Substance Sent to NYC Apartment of Don Jr’s Wife – VANESSA TRUMP HOSPITALIZED

A letter addressed to Donald Trump Jr. with an unknown powdery substance was sent to a Manhattan apartment belonging to Donald Trump Jr.’s wife, Vanessa.

Vanessa Trump was hospitalized.

NBC New York reported:

A letter containing an unidentified substance addressed to Donald Trump Jr. was sent to a Manhattan apartment building unit that belongs to Trump Jr.’s wife, Vanessa, the president’s daughter-in-law, multiple senior law enforcement officials and city officials tell News 4 and NBC News.

The letter mailed to the East 54th Street apartment was opened Monday morning and contained some sort of substance, though the specific nature of that substance wasn’t immediately clear. Three people were taken to a hospital as a precaution for observation after the FDNY responded shortly after 10 a.m.

According to NBC News Vanessa Trump was hospitalized:

President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law was taken to a Manhattan hospital as a precaution on Monday after a suspicious letter containing an unidentified substance was sent to her apartment, senior law enforcement and city officials told NBC News.

The letter was addressed to Vanessa Trump’s husband, Donald Trump Jr., the eldest child of the president and his ex-wife Ivana.

After the letter was opened, three people at the residence were taken to New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center strictly as a precaution, the New York City Fire Department said.

There is no indication anyone suffered any injuries and no sign that the substance was a hazardous material or a biological agent.
