New Documents Reveal McCabe Didn’t Recuse Himself From Hillary Email Investigation Until ONE WEEK Before Election

Thank God for Judicial Watch.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained new documents showing Deep State Andrew McCabe didn’t recuse himself from the FBI’s email investigation of Hillary Clinton until ONE WEEK before the presidential election despite obvious conflicts of interest.

Via Judicial Watch:

Judicial Watch today released Justice Department records showing that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe did not recuse himself from the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s unsecure, non-government email server until Tuesday, November 1, 2016, one week prior to the presidential election. The Clinton email probe was codenamed “Midyear Exam.”

While working as Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington Field Office, McCabe controlled resources supporting the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. An October 2016 internal FBI memorandum labeled “Overview of Deputy Director McCabe’s Recusal Related To Dr. McCabe’s Campaign for Political Office,” details talking points about McCabe’s various potential conflicts of interest, including the FBI’s investigation of Clinton’s illicit server, which officially began in July 2015:

While at [Washington Field Office] did Mr. McCabe provide assistance to the Clinton investigation?

After the referral was made, FBI Headquarters asked the Washington Field Office for personnel to conduct a special investigation. McCabe was serving as [Assistant Director] and provided personnel resources. However, he was not told what the investigation was about. In February 2016 McCabe became Deputy Director and began overseeing the Clinton investigation.

As previously reported, Andrew McCabe is being investigated by the Office of U.S. Counsel for violating the Hatch Act.

The Hatch Act prohibits FBI agents from campaigning in partisan races. Photos of McCabe campaigning for his wife raised questions about McCabe’s compliance with the law.

Andrew McCabe, ALSO had ties to the Hillary Clinton campaign.  Left Wing online publication, Newsweek, is reported:

concerns came after revelations by media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, that a political action committee affiliated with Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who has ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, contributed almost $500,000 to the 2015 Virginia state Senate campaign of McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe. (She lost the election.) She also received $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is connected to McAuliffe, a Democrat.

So Andrew McCabe was able to protect Hillary Clinton during the ENTIRE investigation and didn’t recuse himself until a week before the election. McCabe probably thought Hillary was going to win the election and his work protecting her was done. WOW!

McCabe was also involved in the Uranium One scandal and he is STILL in the FBI!

President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton had this to say about the new McCabe developments:

“The FBI is compromised. Mr. McCabe should have been nowhere near the Hillary Clinton investigations. That he saw fit to recuse himself only days before the election further demonstrates the FBI’s Clinton email investigation was a sham. No wonder it took a year and a federal lawsuit to get these records. It is well past time for the Justice Department to reopen the Clinton email investigation.”
