ISIS Threatened Halloween Attacks Before Manhattan Bloodbath — ‘Get Out Before It’s Too Late’
A man shouting “Allah Akbar,” is suspected of shooting and driving over pedestrians in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday. 7 people are dead and many more are injured, according to NYPD sources. Recently, ISIS called for attacks on Halloween celebrations, warning ‘get out before it’s too late.’
PJ Media reports:
A pro-ISIS media group circulated an image today of a knife dripping blood over the Eiffel Tower, calling on lone jihadists to attack on Halloween.
“Enjoy their gathering,” reads the text superimposed over the image. “Terrorize October 31.”
Added was the hashtag #Paslechoix: “no choice.” Below that was the message, “Get out before it’s too late.”‘
It was produced by Centre Médiatique An-Nûr, which has produced in French not only videos about jihadist operations but about how online jihadis can practice web security. The group also distributes ISIS’ Rumiyah magazine, which has not yet been published this month, in French.

Below is footage of the alleged assailant on foot.
At least six people were killed and 15 were injured when a truck driver deliberately mowed down people and targeted a school bus in lower Manhattan Tuesday in what authorities are investigating as an act of terror, officials tell News 4 New York.
More than a dozen people were hit when the driver of a Home Depot rental truck zoomed at least 10 blocks down a popular bike bath from West Houston to Chambers streets.
The man crashed into a school bus carrying three children during the rampage, and police say that he’d deliberately targeted that bus. Witnesses told police they saw the driver swerve the truck to target the school bus. They said the driver screamed “Allah’ akbar” in the truck, then emerged carrying two fake guns — either BB or paint guns — and started running around before he was finally shot by police.
There is no active threat, according to the mayor’s press secretary.
