Actress Reveals Horrifying Moment Waking Up To Harvey Weinstein Standing Over Her Bed Masterbating (VIDEO)

As previously reported, British female television personality Myleene Klass accused Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment this week.

Myleene Klass also said Weinstein’s assistant would carry a sex contract with them to meetings with young, attractive women.

The Sun reported:

Film producer Harvey Weinstein propositioned the TV presenter with a ‘confidentiality agreement’ in a bid to bed and silence her.

SHAMED movie mogul Harvey Weinstein propositioned Myleene Klass with a sex contract, The Sun can reveal.

The disgusted TV presenter, then 32, immediately declined the offer, telling Weinstein to “f*** off” during a film festival lunch at Cannes in 2010…

…The married movie mogul assumed the TV presenter would sleep with him — and wanted to silence her with a “confidentiality agreement”.

[…]“Then his PA came over with a confidentiality contract. I just thought, ‘Oh my God, your poor wife.’ I don’t want to be a marriage-wrecker.”

Weinstein’s 2015 employee contract says if he gets sued for sexual harassment or any other ‘misconduct’ then all he has to do is pay for the problem to go away. Per TMZ:

According to the contract, if Weinstein “treated someone improperly in violation of the company’s Code of Conduct,” he must reimburse TWC for settlements or judgments. Additionally, “You [Weinstein] will pay the company liquidated damages of $250,000 for the first such instance, $500,000 for the second such instance, $750,000 for the third such instance, and $1,000,000 for each additional instance.”

The contract says as long as Weinstein pays, it constitutes a “cure” for the misconduct and no further action can be taken. Translation — Weinstein could be sued over and over and as long as he wrote a check, he keeps his job.

The contract has specific language as to when the Board of Directors can fire Weinstein — if he’s indicted or convicted of a crime, but that doesn’t apply here.

Fox News contributor and attorney, Kim Guilfoyle has more on this clause:

On Friday, actress Angie Everhart revealed to TMZ she once found Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein standing over her bed with his pants down “doing his stuff.”

“You’re a really nice girl, you shouldn’t tell anybody about this,” Weinstein told Everhart after the horrid ordeal.

From The Hollywood Reporter:

Everhart called in to the Frosty, Heidi and Frank morning show to share her story.

“I had just arrived and I was sleeping, I was in my bed,” she began. “I wake up and Harvey is standing above my bed. That alone is frightening.”

She continued, “All of the sudden he takes his pants down and starts doing his stuff. He’s blocking the door. I can’t get out and he — I don’t know how to say this on the radio, but he finishes on the carpet of the floor.”

Everhart stated Weinstein told her, “You’re a really nice girl, you shouldn’t tell anybody about this,” but that she reported the incident to several people on the boat anyway — to no avail. “Nobody wanted to do anything about it because everyone was terrified of Harvey.”
