Private First Class Bradley Manning stole 251,000 State Department documents, many of them secret international embassy reports. Manning smuggled the security documents out on a CD labeled “Lady Gaga.” Manning was bitter after a breakup with his boyfriend.

In April 2014 a Kansas judge allowed Manning to change his name to “Chelsea.”

Obama commuted Chelsea Manning’s sentence in January from 35 years to 7 years.
In May 2017 Chelsea Manning was released from prison and became a free person.
On Friday a Harvard dean revoked the invitation to Chelsea Manning to be a visiting fellow at the prestigious university.
The school called the invitation a mistake.
In response Chelsea lashed out at the university in a series of tweets.
Manning compared her experiences with form White House Spokesman Sean Spicer and Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

In her statement Chelsea Manning said Harvard is an institution tainted with blood of its victims.
