Awful. Mitch McConnell’s Senate Leadership PAC Releases Fake Ad on Judge Roy Moore in Alabama

Failed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his Senate Leadership Fund is running an devastating ad in Alabama against Republican Challenger Roy Moore.

The ad suggests Moore said he did not think a border wall was necessary.

But there’s one problem.
Judge Roy Moore never said that.

The dishonest Senate Leadership Fund spliced together videos from two separate events to make it look like Moore said something he did not say.
How disgusting!

On Tuesday Tea Party president Becky Gerritson blasted McConnell and the Senate Leadership Fund for their underhanded tactics.
Breitbart.com reported:

Becky Gerritson, the president of the Wetumpka Tea Party in Wetumpka, Alabama, just outside Montgomery here, has a message for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s PAC Senate Leadership Fund: Stop deceptively editing videos to attack conservative Judge Roy Moore.

Last week, Senate Leadership Fund was caught splicing together videos from two separate events in an out of context manner—in other words deceptively editing videos—to make it appear as though Judge Moore does not support President Donald Trump’s planned border wall. Not just Breitbart News, but PolitiFact too, has called out the McConnell-affiliated organization for the attack ads.
