Speaker Paul Ryan told Fox News in February that tax reform, one of President Trump’s big campaign promises and a goal for his first 100 days in office, will be part of the spring budgetary process.
Ryan also said a repeal of Obamacare must happen first.
This was in February.
On Tuesday Speaker Ryan told WBEL AM Radio that his Congress will NOT EVEN WRITE the tax reform bill until the fall.
The chances of this getting passed this year is nil to none.
