Shooter James T. Hodgkinson – A Bernie Supporter and Trump hater
Republican Representative Steve Scalise, the House Majority Whip, and his aides were shot during baseball practice on Wednesday morning.
Scalise was shot in the hip and tried to drag himself off the field after he was shot.

The shooter at the GOP congressional baseball practice this morning is James T. Hodgkinson of Belleville, Ill., according to law enforcement officials. Hodgkinson, 66, owns a home inspection business.
Hodgkinson is from Belleville, Illinois across the river from St. Louis.
He is a Bernie supporter:
