Lt. Col. Ralph Peters told FOX Business Network that German officials had very specific warnings of a Christmas Market attack in Berlin with a truck.
Peters also explained how this was a well planned attack and NOT a lone wolf attack.
There was planning behind it, a cell probably, maybe a large cell. They didn’t go after a Christmas Market in the old center in Nurhenburg or Munich where it’s hard to get a truck in. They picked the Breitscheidplatz market with wide streets… They knew where they could get, where they could hijack a truck, with keys and driver, about two miles from the place.
