WOW! — FBI Director Comey Says “It’s Possible” Hillary Did Not Know “C” Meant Classified
During questioning today before the House Oversight Committee FBI Director James Comey said it was possible Hillary Clinton did not know the “c” marking on government documents meant confidential-classified.

Rep. Mark Meadows: You’re suggesting that a long link of time she had no idea what a classified marking would be? That’s your sworn testimony today?
James Comey: Not that she would have no idea what a classified marking would be. But it’s an interesting question whether she… was actually sophisticated enough to understand what a “c” in parenthesis means.
Meadows: So you’re saying the former Secretary of State is not sophisticated enough to understand a classified marking?
Comey: Probably before this investigation I would have I’m not so sure of that answer any longer.
