Trump has increased his national lead to 18 points against Ted Cruz.
This comes after Colorado GOP elites awarded Ted Cruz all of the state’s delegates in a voter-less contest.
Donald Trump gained 4 points and upped his lead to 45 percent in the national contest.
Kasich, who has only won his home state, is within 2 points from Ted Cruz.
