The city of Baltimore saw had a record Memorial Day weekend.
A total of 29 people were shot, including nine who died, as the city scrambles to deal with its deadliest month since 1999.

According to a report by FOX News homicides are up 100% this May. Arrests are down by 50% . According to the BBC that officers are making about 45% fewer arrests than comparable times in previous years.
