The latest ISIS video by Al Hayat Media contains footage of a child executing a “Russian agent.”
The Kazakh boy appeared in a previous ISIS video.
The boy was previously featured in an ISIS propaganda film showing the training of child soldiers in Kazakhstan.
In the previous video the children were being trained with AK47s.
In the latest video he shoots two Russian agents in the head.
