MEDIA MALPRACTICE: StL Media Blames Brawl Outside Rams Game on Fans – Video Shows #Ferguson Protester Spitting on Fan

So much for #Peaceful protests…
Two Ferguson protesters were arrested Sunday outside the Rams game.

This was after the protesters screamed at, punched and spit on Rams fans.

About a dozen Mike Brown protesters – complete with their “f*ck the police” shirts and US flags in distress – marched outside the St. Louis Rams game Sunday.

Local St. Louis media said a fan spit on a Mike Brown protester.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported:

About 3 p.m. a handful of fans argued with protesters, who were yelling and chanting, near the intersection of North Broadway and Cole streets. The yelling escalated, a fan appeared to spit on one of the protesters and he was then struck on the head, at which point a melee ensued and punches were thrown.

Local FOX 2 repeated the charge against the Rams fan.

A St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter witnessed the incident. The newspaper reports that a fan appeared to spit on one of the protesters. The fan was then struck on the head and a fight broke out. A protester carrying an upside down American flag used the pole to jab fans.

But video from the brawl clearly shows an unhinged Ferguson protester screaming at and spitting on a Rams fan.
One protesters started screaming and cussing at a Rams fans and then SPITTING ON HIS FACE!
“F*ck all ya’ll white mother f*ckers!”

From the video–
The female Ferguson protester was immediately arrested after spitting on the Rams fan.

FOX2 has more video of the protesters harassing and attacking fans.

It’s not clear where the Post-Dispatch got their information.
But they really need to post a correction.
