Monday on CNN State Department deputy spokeswoman Marie Harf beclowned herself yet again.
Harf told Wolf Blitzer:
What the president said, was ‘for a long time we’ve known about the serious threat of ISIL.’ But I think everyone, us, the Iraqis, even ISIL itself, probably, was surprised by how quickly earlier this summer they were really able to take territory in Iraq.
