Breaking: US Arrests Ahmed Abu Khatallah in Connection to Benghazi Terrorist Attack

The US arrested Ahmed Abu Khatallah was arrested by US forces on Sunday and is being held on a US ship for interrogations.

FOX News reported:

A suspected terrorist linked to the 2012 Benghazi terror attack that killed four Americans has been captured inside Libya by U.S. forces and currently is en route to the United States, Fox News has learned exclusively.

Sources tell Fox News that the suspect, who was captured during a joint U.S. military and law enforcement operation, will face prosecution in the United States.

Ahmed Abu Khattalah was head of the Benghazi branch of Ansar al-Sharia.

Ahmed Abu Khattalah spoke with The New York Times in a crowded luxury hotel in 2012, sipping a strawberry frappe on a patio and scoffing at the threats coming from the American and Libyan governments.
