This just fell from sky in Slaviansk. 1000s of pro-Ukraine leaflets warning “Don’t come near govt buildings.”
Pro-Russian rebels have been occupying government buildings in Slaviansk for several days now.

More… Russian military vehicles are massing at the border.

The vehicles are marked “peacekeepers”:
