Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi started giggling uncontrollably today when speaking about the temporary one-year fix to O-Care. Barack Obama announced earlier that he would allow his peoples to keep their insurance plans for one year until the elections are over in 2014.
Pelosi was so excited about this she started giggling.
Weird.
