On Friday’s Mark Levin Show: Mark talked about Attorney General Eric Holder’s testimony to the Judiciary Committee regarding the Associated Press. Mark pointed out that Holder lied when he said he didn’t know about Justice targeting journalists.
Now we know that Holder signed off on the DOJ going after James Rosen of Fox News. Will Holder be held accountable for deliberately lying to Congress? Mark calls for a Special Prosecutor in the IRS case, the Associated Press case and others. “I assume the committee will charge him with perjury.”
