Suspected Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was hiding in a boat in a backyard.
Officers are going to get a robot to investigate the boat in the yard.
The bomb robot is being transported in the truck with the flashing blue lights.
A local citizen called police. After her boat was checked earlier in the day she noticed the door was open and blood was on it.
UPDATE: Bomber is injured and down but is still alive. He is surrounded by police. He is still moving.
