Well, this was nuts.
Kai the homeless hitchhiker tells local news reporters about an abused man named Jesus, child rape, a woman pinned down, a hatchet, the anti-Christ, public masturbation…
“It was like the biggest wave I’ve ever ridden on in my life.”
(Not Suitable for Work)
The driver in the car assault, 54-year-old Jett Simmons McBride of Tacoma, Wash., was booked into Fresno County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder on a $1 million-bail.

Crazy or with a drug addled mind, he did the right thing and is a HERO!

Commenter #2 wouldn’t have had the gonads to do what this kid did. He would have been sober..but he would have been cowering on the side of the road.

It’s Not About Guns, It’s About Control
[Nothing we’re going to do is going to fundamentally alter or eliminate
the possibility of another mass shooting or guarantee that we will bring
gun deaths down to 1,000 a year from what it is now…]

Some say heroes are born, not made. Others say the opposite. Whatever makes a hero, this young man is one.
It saddened me to hear his last comment.

Maybe for anyone other than you BigWilly…

Good grief bg. I realize you have been making this site your home for quite a few years, but there are days when I wish you would “give it a rest.”

['The driver's like, ‘You know what? I’ve come to realize I’m Jesus Christ
and I can do anything I f*****g want to and, watch this! and then drove
his Oldsmobile straight into a Pacific Gas and Electric worker who was
Africa American.]

This guy is obiviously not well spoken, in fact quite crude, and probably not all that bright, and maybe a little whacky, but he did save that woman’s life. His heart was in the right place and he did the right thing. In my book that makes him much more preferable to a smart, well spoken, and well dressed POS. This is a good example of why we should not judge a book by it’s cover, so to speak.
Big Al commented:
This is a wierd thought but how would you like to be a cop and have to reduce all that down to a brief written report which would have to stand up in court?
Flintstone F. commented:
“No matter what you’re worthwhile . Nobody can take that away from you.”
Sounds to me that for whatever reason he’s been shunned by family and friends. Just a lonely guy who doesn’t want to hurt anyone, who knows the difference between right and wrong.
I wish I could help him out. God bless Kai.
Flintstone F. commented:
the link to “local news reporters” said “Viral Smash” and all the words were jumbled on a white page. Anyone else hit that link and get that?
Derak commented:
I actually kinda took a shine to the kid.
In between his crude street jargon and pidgeon accent, he lapsed into seeming fits of a normal educated young man. I’ll bet his life story is a doozy.
He did the right thing and he had sound judgment under terrifying circumstances. I give him an “A” for his heart being in the right place.

Good times: Whatever his history, a Facebook page seemingly
set up by Kai shows him having fun with friends in California

I witnessed the whole thing and still can’t believe it really happened (or why do these things happen more frequently in lib-land).
