Newsweek’s Pretend Cover Says Obama’s Second Term Is “The Second Coming”

At least you won’t be insulted with this crap when you stand in line at the supermarket.
This latest messianic-themed Newsweek Obama cover is only online. The liberal mag’s print issue died last month.

Senate Democrats Say They’re Not Going
To Pass A Budget In 2012 Either 2/4/12

[Senate Democratic leaders do not plan to propose a budget
this year, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told reporters
Friday, saying that they had already done so with the debt-
    ceiling agreement.

Democrats have said that the agreement reached to
raise the debt ceiling set spending for Fiscal Year 2012.

North Dakota Democratic Sen. Kent Conrad, chairman of the Budget
Committee, has said he will mark up a budget resolution this year,
per an agreement he made with Budget Committee ranking member
and Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions.

Technically, Conrad marking up a budget resolution, but not ever
bringing it to the floor, per Reid’s comments, does not violate that
agreement, conceded a Republican aide, but the staffer went on to
    blast Reid’s comment.

“What’s the point of marking up a budget if you’re not going to
bring it to the floor for debate and vote?” fumed the Republican

    August 27, 2012

    Obama never passed a budget

[“We do not need to bring a budget to the floor this year — it’s
done, we don’t need to do it,” Reid said, according to The Hill.

President Barack Obama will be the first president in this great
country who will not have passed a budget in his first term of
office. He submitted a budget that was defeated by a vote of
97-0. Not a single Democrat or Republican voted for it.

In his first two years in office, instead of focusing on the economy,
he passed the stimulus bill (which did not work because he pushed
for clean energy), and the Affordable Healthcare Act (which had to
go to the U.S. Supreme Court because it was so controversial). In
fact, we had to wait until it was passed before we saw what was
    in it.

In 2010, the Republicans won a majority in the House, and they have
submitted 33 budget bills that have been shelved by the Democrat-
controlled Senate. The bills were not allowed for discussion or for a
vote. The president refuses to negotiate with the Republicans.

I would like to say that all voters need to ask any person running
for public office how the candidates plan on breaking this deadlock
in Washington, D.C. If they can’t answer that question, they don’t
    deserve our vote.

    New Democratic shenanigans, same
    as the old Democratic shenanigans..

Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) confirmed Thursday that she
will seek the chairmanship of the Senate Budget Committee
    next year…

This past year, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said
a budget was not necessary because the top-line spending number
for appropriations was set in the August 2011 debt-ceiling deal.

Murray said that an agreement to avoid the “fiscal cliff,” the looming
$600 billion in tax increases and spending cuts set to strike in January,
could preclude having to pass a Senate budget next year.

“I am committed to working with our committee and with our Congress
to put a budget in place but there are a lot of questions in front of us:
What happens in the next two weeks, six weeks, year? Does the White
House and the leadership come together on some solution to the
budget that we have right now that precludes a budget being written
next year?” she said. “I have no idea.”]

    January 18, 2013

House Republicans to vote next week
on three-month increase to debt limit

[“Before there is any long-term debt limit increase, a budget should be passed that cuts spending,” Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) told the Republican conference in remarks to close the party’s three-day retreat in Williamsburg. “The Democratic-controlled Senate has failed to pass a budget for four years. That is a shameful run that needs to end, this year.”

The House will also seek to prevent members of Congress from
being paid if the two chambers do not pass a budget resolution.

“We are going to pursue strategies that will obligate the Senate
to finally join the House in confronting the government’s spending
problem,” Boehner said. “The principle is simple: no budget, no pay.”]

What a rag. I thumbed through this joke of a magazine every once in a while, and towards the end, it was reduced to barely more than a pamphlet. It was pater thin, barely 50 pages (double sided, so a laughable 25 paper pages).

If this lib screed thinks it’ll be able to make it as a free source of GOP bashing, they are sadly delustional. Libs are the most ignorant inbreds out there, so the vast majority don’t read (or can’t) to begin with. And, of those that do, since the vast majority are takers, just expecting a free ride on someone elses dime, unless Newsweek is placing ads for “free Obama phones” or “food stamps,” their ad revenue is going to dry up as advertisers come to the crystal clear conclusion that “these lib scum–the only people this rag would appeal to–are a bunch of freeloading scum who don’t spend their money…or most likely, don’t have any money to spend.”

Hypothesis: As has happened in the past, the already-anoxic oceans have grown considerably more anoxic because of changes in the Gulf current that distributed heat around Florida, up the east coast and then to the east. As a result, as has happened before, the anoxic ‘dead zones’ are pluming clouds of deadly invisible hydrogen sulfide gas into the atmosphere. Consequently, the ozone layer is being reacted away (H2S + O3 -> H2O + O2 + S), exposing the Earth to rising and probably ultimately lethal levels of UV radiation and causing a major increase in mutations and genetic chimeras all around the world.

This process is also allowing in more heat, which is now accumulating in the Gulf, along the east coast, and in other areas of the world’s oceans, lakes, and seas, and beginning to dissociate the methane hydrate deposits. (Confirmed.) Because the H2S eats away the hydroxyl radicals as well as ozone, and because the hydroxyl radicals are what would NORMALLY mitigate methane in the atmosphere, the resulting methane plumes will last considerably longer, enhancing the oceanic heating, causing more H2S plumes, making the methane last longer…and so on.

The rising H2S levels in the atmosphere are killing off aerobic (oxygen-using) life on Earth. This began some time ago, with bees and small lizards, and has worked its way up the size ladder as the atmospheric plumes have increased in concentration, and this process has escalated radically since the Gulf circulation significantly changed in 2010. Now the H2S is wafting down into low-lying areas and killing people there in increasing numbers, and it is making its way into homes now too and killing multi-person households, as well as fish, birds, trees and other oxygen-using life around the world.

Because hydrogen sulfide and methane are both highly flammable gases, their interaction with our flammable fuels infrastructure (cars, planes, jet skis, boats, homes, hotels, businesses, chemical plants, ammo depots, etc) is problematic and is leading to increases in fires and explosions, everywhere generally, but more on and near the coasts. Also, hydrogen sulfide is extremely fast-acting (it is deemed a ‘knockdown agent’ for this reason) and people driving any type of vehicle are likely to be affected, either rendered unconscious or dead, and this will cause an increase in major vehicular accidents of all kinds which has already begun.

Hydrogen sulfide is a heavier than-air-gas and will be accumulating in low-lying places: the oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, ravines, ditches, quays, canyons, valleys, gorges, streams, etc. Water is also heavier-than-air, so wherever you find water you are likely to find H2S accumulating. Methane is slightly more buoyant than (normal) air so it will mix and be generally everywhere, but will tend to fill up our atmosphere from the top down.

Does this mean that Tina Brown still gives Obama head?

I think many conservatives are missing the point. Record unemployment only matters to those who might actually want to be employed. If you get to sit on your ass and live off of the sweat of another’s brow, you might believe you do live in shangrala. Record gas prices only affect those who drive alot (commuters going to a job). Near civil-war era tension with the minority group (by this I mean politically: conservatives) doesn’t matter to those who win at every turn due to the ineptitude of the conservative political leaders. The loss of traditional religious freedom matters not to those who’ve supplanted the Almighty with mother government.

They, Hussein’s supporters, have arrived in barrackatopia.

    Allah, the Lord of Christians?

[Christian priests do not agree on this issue: that Allah is the God of
Moses and Jesus, but they agreed to say that Yahweh is the name of
the Lord recorded about 9,000 times in the Bible (the Gospel). Although
churches (denominations) have stated that the Roman Catholic God and
Jehova is God, but this statement objected several other churches like
Baptist Church, the Anglican Church, including Catholic scientists

Dave Armstrong, a figure of the Roman Catholic Church describes the
‘true attitudes’ Vatican on the name of God. In the article “Does the
Catholic Church Equate Allah and Yahweh?”, He said: “In fact, it is
impossible to equate Allah and Yahweh, because we believe that God
consists of three unions, and Muslims (and Jews) did not. Vatican II is
just using the ‘language of diplomacy “in the statement”.

This understanding is also expressed many Christian missionaries; say
that Allah and Yahweh is God different. As Sam Shamoun Sheikh Jalal
Abualrub object that produces a book called The Prophet of Mercy. Sam
Shamoun wrote an article with the title Allah of Islam, Is He Yahweh
God of the Bible? to refute Sheikh Jalal Abualrub that Allah is the God
    of the Bible.

Similarly, Rob Phillips, Director of Communications for the Missouri Baptist Convention, a famous Baptist missionary, he stated that Malaysia is among the countries that he often visited during the mission evangelism, that Allah is not the God revealed in the Bible, through his article Yahweh (the God of the Bible) vs. Allah (the god of the Koran).

Their reasoning is very simple: that Yahweh or Jehovah revealed in
the Bible is the union of the three entities while ALLAH single, has no
children. They also said that Allah is the name of the Lord Moon, one
of God Pagan religion of Arabia while Yahweh or Jehovah is the name
of the God of Moses and Jesus. Thus naming God in the Bible other than
Yahweh or Jehovah, especially the name of Allah, is a huge mistake by

GOD, not the name of the Lord Moon as understanding some Christian
scholars, but the name of God who created jagatraya Single this. Arab
society since time immemorial called ‘GOD’ to the Single God. They
named Temple as the ‘House of Allah’ and named their son as ‘Slave
ALLAH’, like Abdullah bin Salam. These are all preaching monotheism
effects brought by Prophet Abraham in Mecca.]

also hope you read this post, and stop with the ancient Jesuit stuff that
makes no sense, especially pertaining to the here and now so to speak..

This attitude still exists, of course, as do attempts to combine the two faiths. It’s not uncommon for Catholic retreat centers to offer a steady diet of classes and lectures about Zen Buddhism, Christ and Buddha, and even “Zen Catholicism.” Their bookstores feature titles such as Zen Spirit, Christian Spirit, Jesus and Buddha: The Parallel Sayings, and Going Home: Jesus and Buddha As Brothers. Comparisons are often made between Christian mysticism and Buddhist mysticism, at times suggesting that the two are essentially identical in character and intent.
Despite many external similarities, Buddhist meditation and contemplation is quite different from orthodox Christianity. Buddhist meditation strives to “wake” one from his existential delusions. “Therefore, despite similar aspects, there is a fundamental difference” between Christian and Buddhist mysticism, wrote John Paul II. The Holy Father continued: “Christian mysticism . . . is not born of a purely negative ‘enlightenment.’ It is not born of an awareness of the evil which exists in man’s attachment to the world through the senses, the intellect, and the spirit. Instead, Christian mysticism is born of the Revelation of the living God.”

Just pass by an interesting website. Actually, I knew Christianity doesn’t have a tiny bit of mysticism in it.

oh yes, i understand all that, and tons more
to boot, that said, Buddha, remember that??

but like i said, it bares little to no relevance as
to what is taking place at this time in history..

Islamists & Marxists (by any other names IslaMarxism) are the
enemy of Buddhists, as well as Atheists and every other religion
on the face of the Planet.. and Catholics are most certainly not the
only target, Christians may be the first, well, that is after their own
brethren anyways, as all but the Muslim Brotherhood are INFIDELS,
sort of akin to how Obama handles the presidency (and why he can
    with impunity).. 🙁

and this ought to knock your socks off.. 😡

please scroll both threads comments for more, thank you..

How could there be a second coming of the Socialist Christ, as Newsweek proclaims, when there wasn’t a true first coming to begin with? When Obama performed no domestic or foreign policy miracles his first four years? When he broke a hundred promises after taking his oath on the Lincoln Bible? When he believes that he underspent by trillions what was needed to revive the economy, and was too soft on Israel to forge peace between America and Islam? What first coming was there when Obama’s first term was so bad that he had to cover himself in mud and manure to beat Mitt Romney and coverup Benghazi? What real glory is there in thinking you’re the 4th greatest president ever when you’re the first of 16 presidents to win reelection with less popular and electoral support the second time around? What honor is there in vowing to protect the nation’s children whose future you’re destroying with bankrupting spending and debt? What the imbeciles at Newsweek are hopelessly hoping for in Obama’s second term is the first messianic coming after being postponed, and Socialism’s salvation from universal collapse. What they’ll get is their messiah in political hell turning the disaster of his first term into the catastrophe of his second, as America continues its dangerous decline into mediocrity, insolvency and ruin.
