82 Year-Old Missouri Man Shoots Violent Intruder – Lives to Talk About It (Video)

Every day we hear stories like this. A home owner protects his property from a violent intruder.
An 82 year-old Missouri man shot a violent intruder who broke into his home Friday night.
Unfortunately, our national media does not believe this is a major story.
It doesn’t fit their liberal narrative.

KFVS reported:
Police say an 82-year-old Ellsinore man shot a man who reportedly broke into his home Friday night.
It happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. on North Herren Street.
According to Carter County Sheriff Richard Stephens, Charles L. White, 30, of Ellsinore, broke into the residence and assaulted the 82-year-old. White reported fled after being shot.
After the sheriff’s office obtained a search warrant, White was found at a home in Ellsinore.
The 82-year-old homeowner was taken to a Poplar Bluff hospital and then by air ambulance to a St. Louis hospital with head injuries.

There’s a woman I know of who has stopped several attempted break-ins to her apartment by simply saying, “I’m armed. Do you really want to find out if that’s true?”

the elderly not only know, but can teach many of US many a lesson,
for one, taking guns away from law abiding citizens can cost many a
life, limb and property, if not by intruders, the government..

“According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, a 14-year-old Oberender killed his mother with five blasts from a shotgun in 1995. Still a minor, Oberender was sentenced to an extended stay at a mental institution and was determined by officials to be mentally ill and dangerous. Just last year, however, he applied for a gun permit, had his request approved and eventually amassed a collection of over one dozen guns in under a year. The paper says Oberender had 13 guns, including semi-automatic rifles, an AK-47, shotguns and a .50-caliber Desert Eagle when police picked him up earlier this month.”

Top psychiatrist: Meds behind school massacres
[Psychotropic drugs “prescribed for school
children cause violent behavior,” Healy stated.
The drugs are widely used in the U.S. as antidepressants by doctors working in the mental health field and increasingly by primary care doctors, he noted.
Healey insisted the problem today is that doctors working with schools to control the behavior of children are inclined to prescribe SSRI drugs without serious consideration of adverse consequences.
“The pharmaceutical companies made these drugs with the idea of making money,” he said. “There’s a wide range of problems when it comes to looking at these drugs for children. Very few children have serious problems that warrant treatment with pills that have the risks SSRI drugs have.”]
