Jesse Jackson Jr. was accused earlier this month of using campaign cash to buy his girlfriend a $40,000 Rolex.

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. turned in a resignation letter today.
Market Watch reported:

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., an Illinois Democrat, is expected to resign his House seat on Wednesday, according to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times. Jackson, who has recently been treated for bipolar depression, is expected to hand in his resignation to House Speaker John Boehner, the Sun-Times reported, citing a source close to Jackson. Jackson hasn’t been active in politics for more than five months, but won re-election earlier this month with 63% of the vote.

Some people will vote for someone because of the color of there skin instead of there character. they are fools. the citizens of his district should pay for his golden parachute instead of making the american taxpayer pay him. He dont deserve nothing, maybe time in prision for corruption.
