The Obama crowd chanted, “Racist! Racist!” today at the mention of Mitt Romney spokesman John Sununu.
CBS reported, via Weasel Zippers:

Appearing in Lake Worth, Fla., the former president cited ex-Secretary of State Colin Powell’s recent endorsement of Obama. That endorsement led Sununu, a leading surrogate for Mitt Romney, to suggest that the move was motivated by race.

“Colin Powell said, ‘I’m going to endorse the president because I think he’s done a good job in a difficult, rapidly changing, not totally controllable world and because Gov. Romney has the same neocon advisors who gave President Bush the push to go into Iraq on bad intelligence,'” Clinton said. “That’s what he said. What did they respond? They put Gov. Sununu out to respond and he said, ‘What do you expect these two guys — Colin Powell wants a black guy to be re-elected.'”

After pausing while the crowd chanted “racist, racist,” Clinton added: “Obama has been a good commander-in-chief without regard to race.”

    They can all G`T`H`!!!!

The first thing these liberals say when someone hates what Obama has done to America is they call them a racist. Truthfully, Powell, voted for Obama’08.

Clint Eastwood endorses Romney so Powell’s vote is cancelled out, just my opinion. Rather have Clint on our side ANY DAY. I feel lucky!!

    Clinton is another LIAR.

Oh, and wasn’t Hillary shot down in Bosnia and wasn’t she the one who denied 4 Americans help. SHE NEEDS TO BE ON TRIAL.

  • Marcy

Really Bill? Is that you Bill? The man who lied through his butt when he was in office?

  • Big Red

To quote Sununu: (Fingers on forehead) Your candidate is a LOOOOSERRRR!

God, that cracks me up. It’s just gold!

Strange happenings at Obama rallies in Florida. There were reports day before yesterday of chants of “Hail Obama” at Michelle’s rally. I couldn’t seem to find a video though. Is the Obama campaign confiscating cell phones or something?

Shift in white, minority vote could decide Obama-Romney race

The ethnic mix of this year’s electorate could decide the winner of the race between President Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

It’s a reality that gives both campaigns sleepless nights, since a shift of a percentage point or two in the turnout of any major racial group could swing the outcome on Nov. 6.

For Obama, the question is whether he can limit his losses among white voters — and whether minority turnout will remain strong enough for him to emerge victorious.

Romney’s challenge is to hold down his deficit among Hispanic voters, hope that black turnout does not match or even exceed 2008 levels, and pull out all the stops to push white turnout high enough to win.

According to exit polls from 2008, Obama lost the white vote to Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) by 12 percentage points (43 to 55 percent). But Obama won black voters overwhelmingly (95 to 4 percent) and Hispanic voters by more than a two-to-one margin (67 to 31 percent). […………………..] READ ON

What good Commander-in-Chief fails to avail himself of the tools of his administration?

SHARYL ATTKISSON: Sources: Key task force not convened during Benghazi consulate attack

CBS News has learned that during the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Mission in Benghazi, the Obama Administration did not convene its top interagency counterterrorism resource: the Counterterrorism Security Group, (CSG).

“The CSG is the one group that’s supposed to know what resources every agency has. They know of multiple options and have the ability to coordinate counterterrorism assets across all the agencies,” a high-ranking government official told CBS News. “They were not allowed to do their job. They were not called upon.”

Information shared with CBS News from top counterterrorism sources in the government and military reveal keen frustration over the U.S. response on Sept. 11, the night Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed in a coordinated attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya.

Up to now, I haven’t seen an adequate basis to impeach Barack Obama over the incident in Benghazi, but story does it for me.

Anything can go wrong. Any good effort is subject to revolting developments. When we send our people into danger, some of them can and will die.

But it was foreseeable that an event like this could happen when it happened, and the American people had paid for the development of good advice to facilitate quick action in just such an event as happened in Benghazi.

If Barack Obama neglected to even consult such advice, which could have facilitated action that could have prevented the death of an American, and if that neglect did result in the death of an American, his failure to consult does meet the requirement for impeachment, namely “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Down and Dirty: The President Is Giving Half The Country The Finger

NOVEMBER 2, 2012 Down and Dirty The President Is Giving Half The Country The Finger. By Mona Charen You could, without stretching, make an aesthetic case for voting against Barack Obama. Leaving aside the hobbled economy, the promised second term “flexibility” with Putin, the job-diminishing Dodd/Frank act, the Benghazi debacle, the train wreck called Obamacare, the assault on the free exercise of religion, the pretense that the Lilly Ledbetter Act codified equal pay for equal work, the limp response to Iran’s nuclear threat, the many Solyndras, kicking Bowles/Simpson to the curb, the “free” contraceptives, the recommendation that Israel do some…

Poor little things. They are so easily manipulated. There is no evidence whatsoever that Sununu is a racist. They should be ashamed of themselves. This type of thing doesn’t work anymore because the race card has been so abused. Let’s hope this is the beginning of the last gasp of using it to randomly smear and shut people down. I mean, it is getting pretty lame at this point. We voted a “black” president in if you recall. Funny that they aren’t chanting “Rapist, rapist, rapist” given who is speaking to them. Or how about Bill mentioning Sandy Burglar. “Thief and cheat, thief and cheat”. I mean come on! At least base your chants in reality! You all have just about worn “Racist” out!

  • Gary

It’s astonishing how reliably they always tell us who they’re afraid of.
It’s also funny to me that Sununu was kind of a squish back in his day, but seems to have grown one of those Bachmann titanium spines.
Man, does he get the libs angry.

  • Nelle

Until now, no ex-President would ever have listened to his crowd chant “Racist!” without saying “no, no, let’s not ascribe evil motives to our opponents, they’re good Americans too”, or something like that. But when you’re the one provoking the chant, I guess you can’t turn around and take the high ground.

  • Surely Bill remembers when those same folks standing there called him a racist because his wife was running against Obama. Clinton is a political whore who needs his time in the spotlight. He needs to be loved. He really needs to go back and fix Haiti like he promised. Obama may have some time on his hands and he likes staying on islands, so he can go help fix it, too.

  • Winston Wolfe

    Fine. We’re racists. Yawn.

Whoa….such a big crowd behind Billy in that photo ! Is that all he could muster ? And guess what folks ? The race card has been way over played and noone cares anymore. Just add it to the dictionary of worthless words. These folks should be yelling ” murderer ! ” at Billy for his wife’s role in the Benghazi attack. I guess you can’t fix stupid though.

  • Liberty

The morons can’t chant anything else because there is nothing to chant to defend Obama except their worn out race cards.

  • USMC Thomas

I don’t dislike SØBama for his black skin, but for his black heart.

  • chuck in st paul

these people are SO deluded. OMG, “racist”..?? really? How lame.

  • Look-Out

Sununu had the nerve to tell the TRUTH. So did Palin. And Bachmann.

And all the rest of us have been called the same when we speak the truth. Because the TRUTH they cannot bear to hear.
