Hamas Leader Khaled Mashaal Dares Israel: “Kill Me Too”

Thousands of Gazans attended the funeral today of Hamas military leader Ahmed Jabari who was assassinated yesterday.
They mob vowed to continue the fight against the Jews.

Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal spoke of the assassination of Ahmed Jabari at a conference in Sudan today.
YNet News reported:

Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal on Wednesday commented on the assassination of the organization’s military chief Ahmed Jabari by the Israel Defense Forces while addressing a conference in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum.

“You killed Jabari and you can go on and kill Mashaal and others, but in the end it’ll pave our way to Jerusalem… Assassinating our leaders will only make us more powerful,” said the man who survived an Israeli assassination attempt in Jordan some 15 years ago.

Mashaal, who is slated to retire from the leadership of Hamas’ political bureau, said that Jabari had recently returned from Mecca to the Gaza Strip through Egypt.

“Ahmed Jabari was not a Hamas man, but a man of the entire nation,” he said. “He and Mohammed Deif (the former head of Hamas’ military wing, who was seriously injured in an IDF assassination attempt) are heroes. He had an important part in building Hamas’ military wing. He lived as hero and died as a hero.”

In an aggressive speech, Mashaal stressed that Hamas would pursue the way of jihad and resistance, and called on the Palestinian factions to join forces. He said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman were “boasting” that they hit Hamas, but that “Israel and all the dark forces of this world will never success in deterring the Palestinian people.”

According to Mashaal, “The Israeli enemy is weak. The rounds against Israel are long, and the war continues.”

    Rockets? What Hamas Rockets?

[“Demand President Obama take action this time and pressure the Israeli
government to end their attacks on the people of Gaza and end the illegal
    blockade of Gaza,”
an AMP release promoting the protests said.

It does not appear to be working. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters Thursday that the United States lays the blame for the conflict at Hamas’s feet. “Hamas claims to have the best interest of the Palestinian people at heart. Yet it continues to engage in violence that is counterproductive to the Palestinian cause,” Carney said. “Attacking Israel on a near daily basis does nothing to help Palestinians in Gaza or to move the Palestinian people closer to achieving self determination.”]

U.S. backs Israel on Gaza—including use of ground forces

The White House on Thursday threw its full support behind Israel’s military response to a barrage of rockets fired by the Islamist Palestinian movement Hamas that rules the Gaza Strip. Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications Ben Rhodes said it would be “up to the Israeli government” whether to follow up punishing airstrikes with a ground assault.

Every man and woman in Israel is trained to fight and they will be fighting for their lives and their future.
The Muslims are not trained, their women hide, and they will have to be forced to face their enemy instead of the cowardly bombs and missles they depend on. They will be just like Saddam’s troops; untrained, unwilling, and too stupid to hide.

I remember in GulfWar1 that our troops quit shooting the Iraqis because they were running away, right down the middle of the road. After picking off hundreds of Iraqis, they just went and corraled them as prisoners.

Obama Re-Election Prompts Middle East War

    […………….]

Hamas’ goal here is simple, Now that President Obama has been re-elected – and knowing what they do about Obama’s dislike of the Jewish State – Hamas wants to take the opportunity to forge its international alliances more strongly. That means shoring up its relationship with Iran and Egypt especially. Iranian Revolutionary Guard figures are reportedly helping Hamas arm and fire its rockets; Egypt is sending its Prime Minister to the Gaza Strip to show solidarity. At the same time, Hamas is attempting to stop the Palestinian Authority from garnering the sympathy of the other Arab states with its incipient UN bid, since Hamas and the PA are effectively at war. This newest conflict gives Hamas the public relations upper hand over the supposedly more moderate PA (which is somewhat like calling the Mensheviks the more moderate communists).

Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian Authority wants to see how far it can push President Obama; that’s why they’re pursuing statehood unilaterally, in violation of all prior agreements. The truth is that Palestinian statehood will not solve any of the problems between the Arabs and Israel; it will merely exacerbate them, since the Palestinian Authority will immediately use its newfound statehood to call for control of the West Bank borders, jacked up militarization, and a split of Jerusalem. The new war in Gaza provides the Palestinian Authority with an excuse for statehood – they can now claim, however implausibly, that the peace process has failed, and they must move now.

Egypt. Egypt has been looking to violate the Camp David Accords ever since American ally Hosni Mubarak was ousted in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood. Now they get their chance. Ignoring all American calls to the contrary, Egypt is siding publicly with Hamas, sending its Prime Minister and intelligence chief there to show support. Already, insiders in the Egyptian parliament are calling for an end to the Egypt-Israel treaty.

Syria. Israel has long feared that a wounded Bashar Assad regime in Syria would turn south, trying to provoke Israel into war in order to unify the competing Syrian factions into an anti-Israel force. Now that’s happened. Assad was on the brink in Syria (not that his replacements will be any better); he is attacking Israel from the north even as Hamas attacks from the South. In doing so, he buys credibility with his own people and continued support from Iran.

Iran. Iran wants all attention off its nuclear program. Iran has routinely used terrorist groups surrounding Israel as a proxy; Iran’s pitch to the regional Muslims is that should they go nuclear, they will be able to fight Israel to death in a war of attrition in which nuclear deterrence prevents Israel from saving itself. Meanwhile, while the world focuses on Israel striking back at Hamas in Gaza, it ignores Iran’s continued moves toward nuclear proliferation.[……………..]

Are these people really this stupid or are they so radically brain washed with hatred that, common sense is completely lost to them. If so, the only solution is annihilation. There is no place in this world for this type of hatred. Even in this country, we are seeing this type of mentality in Obama’s class warfare and race warfare, but it’s still young and can be nipped in the bud.

The Israelis told Hamas that any of their members need to not let their head go above ground else they were going to be taken out. I think this guy’s statement to the Israelis amounts to a “I dare you!”
