    and so does,

America’s premiere political guru predicts Romney to win comfortably

    Read more:

Dick Morris: Romney Will Win In A “Landslide”

Mitt Romney will win the presidency, and it won’t be close.

I’m predicting a 5- to 7-point popular-vote victory, with an outside shot at 10 points. Electorally, it won’t be that close. Mr. Romney will win many states that went to Mr. Obama in 2008 — I predict wins in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Virginia, Iowa, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Indiana. I predict he will win by 100 to 120 electoral votes. I’ll go out on a limb and say Mr. Romney even will win one or two Democratic “safe states” such as Michigan, Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

    Re skewed polls…

Last week, the Gallup Organization provided more fodder for the debate over whether this year’s polls are skewed due to a systematic over-representation of Democrats in the samples. If Gallup has it right, Governor Romney’s lead may be several percentage points greater than the most recent round of polls suggests.

    Coal miners

    Small Business owners
    Oil companies

Just to name a few are coming out to vote for Romney

This is great company to be in. Obama has divided Americans and this elections won’t be close. No matter what you hear, Americans are fed up with Obama. His socialist vision is a wash. His continuing to put us in further debt just won’t do. In 2016 our nation will have a 20 trillion dollar debt. This will not do. It will not be acceptable and the voters will prove this on Tuesday we have had enough.

  • George Will rarely is a Republican cheerleader. A lot of time he frustrates conservatives , like myself. For him to make this prediction he must know some insider information.

So now 321 to 217 is a landslide? I bet you’d view it differently if a Democrat had the 321.

  • David Milstein

    Is 307 a “landslide?”

  • Look-Out

Yeah, Republicans never have their paths to victory easy. Barry’s had the help of pollsters who skew the sampling so he looks better than he should and then he’s always had the mendacious media mavens to prop up the hopes of the Left…

Candy C. tried her best this AM to get a Republican to say Romney’s momentum had been stalled by the storm (and BHO had picked up steam as POTUS-to-the-rescue)…so the TraitorinChief will sail to victory again, I guess —

Workin’ hard for the money, huh, Candy?…did you touch on the Libya thing again?

  • AuntieMadder

@ #4 Patty: Most of all (to me, anyway), we’re tired of him not being on our side. He always sides against us. By “us,” I mean US – the US. He sides against us/US, he sides against our oldest, best friends and our allies. Always. The POTUS is supposed to be on our side. He’s supposed to stand with us/US. Even when we, by “we” I mean individual Americans, are wrong, he’s supposed to be on America’s side. When our friends and allies are wrong or maybe teetering toward boundaries they shouldn’t cross, he’s supposed to stand united with them, present a united front to the world, while keeping arguments, disagreements and negotiations with them behind closed doors.

From the 2009 Apology Tour all the way to September 11, 2012, as he watched Americans being murdered in Benghazi for seven hours, and every difference and disagreement between America, or her friends and allies, and any nation in the world, as well as any disagreements or disputes between American(s) and any other nation or nationals in the world in between, he’s never sided with us/US. Never. He’s never said, “I’m deeply concerned that you find Pastor Jones’ Quran-burnings offensive. Jones does not act on behalf of all Americans nor does he represent America as a nation. However, Jones is exercising his right as an American to express himself and his views freely.” Or anything like that. Never. He’s never said, “America wants to leave a democratic Afghanistan but we will not needlessly sacrifice American soldiers and American workers in Afghanistan to be target practice for Al Queda, angry Afghanistan soldiers and other cowards.” Not once. Forget striking on the barbarians who made up the murderous mob in Libya. Not from that treasonous POS.

Surely, I don’t speak only for myself when I say that never siding with the country that elected him POTUS is what I find most offensive about him and what I find most tiring about his horrible four years that some call his presidency

Patty #4 The group that isn’t being mentioned much but has 24 million members is The Christian Right. A lot of them sat out the last election. Not so with this one. They can swing a lot of states.

  • Sandy

But alas the news is not all good — just read that Obama’s Kenyan relative says Obama will win a second term.

  • Sandy

Shadow # 6 — you only need 270 electoral votes to win so YES 321 is a landslide.

  • FlyOverStatesman

Considering how the deck is stacked against Romney by the press, Hollywood, TV networks etc. etc. YES 321 is not only a landslide it’s damn near miraculous.

So then the last three Democtatic presidental victories were all by landslides? Obama with 365, and Clinton with 370 and 379?

Personally, I feel claiming that ever significant victory is a “landslide,” devalues the word. I also believe that if Obama is the one who ends up with the 321, no one here will consider it a landslide.

I wouldn’t call 321 a landslide. Not if you look at all presidential elections historically. I *would* call it a very solid, resounding victory though. I definitely think 321 delivers a secure mandate for change.

You could look at it this way, though: Obama has 200+ votes locked up from the solid blue states. That means that only 338 electoral votes are up for grabs. To win 321 of THOSE 338 is, in a sense, a landslide.

  • shadow

Ah yes, conspiracy theories … the winger’s best friend. I guess it would be tough for you to face reality, with reality’s liberal bias and all. Of course in due time we will find out who has been fooled. But then, I imagine you’ll just spin out another conspiracy theory.

Oops, hit post instead of preview.

Anyway, 321 against an incumbent (recumbent?) president to be a mandate. A decisive rejection by America of the progressive, racial, and environmental extremism represented by the Obama administration. Every time these extremists look like they are gaining power Americans slap them down hard–Carter, Clinton in the 94 mid-terms, and now Obama. Americans recognize progressivism for the utterly failed ideology that it is.

  • We all need to pray very HARD for Mitt Romney.
Even though I am a far right wing crazy, I know that he is better than Obama.

Shadow # 15 — the electors represent the winner of the election in that state so for Romney to win 321 electors he would have to win an awful lot of states.

  • bigL

trake the victory any way we can. A victory even by 10 electors is a victory. Lets move on.

Sandy #31 – Romney to win 321 electors he would have to win an awful lot of states.

Yes, it would be a solid win, but a landslide?? No. Reagan ’84 was a landslide. As was Nixon ’72.

So then Clinton’s 370 in ’92 delivered a mandate, and was a repudiation by America of trickle-down economics. Or does that mandate/repudiation stuff only work for Republicans?

  • I worry only on turnout. The Dems are pretty confident they get their people out early and often. That means EVERY Republican has to vote and drag an independent with them. Obama could lose the popular vote by ten million and get an electoral victory.

I think we are safe in Fla. I can’t say anything about Va, I don’t think we’ll get PA or Iowa.

Colorado maybe- we should. New Hampshire? They are some odd ducks up there.

MI- no. Wisconsin- maaaybe…probably not. So it comes down to Ohio VA Florida NH and Colorado.

It will be close. The hurricane didn’t help the last week. However, the polls don’t mean anything to me anymore it is turnout. Polls remind me of a pro basketball game. One team up twenty, then down ten and miraculously in the last 2 minutes it is nearly tied.

We’ll see. Just vote and take a friend.
