Finally, something we can all agree on…
Even the White House refers to top liberal bloggers as the “tinfoil hat” brigade
The Examiner reported, via Dan Riehl:
The Obama campaign referred to several major liberal bloggers as the “tinfoil hat crowd” in a statement to Fox News Wednesday. The campaign was responding to the cable channel’s request for a comment on an Internet conspiracy theory many of them had promoted.
Shortly after the presidential debate last week, a number of liberal bloggers including ones at Daily Kos, FireDogLake, Democratic Underground, and the Daily Beast’s Andrew Sullivan, among others, began posting items suggesting that Mitt Romney had cheated during the debate…
…Fox asked the Obama campaign for its reaction. Spokesman Ben LaBolt provided them with the following statement:
No — We’ve never casted our lot with the tinfoil hat crowd.
Granted, it was a bogus Internet meme, but that is still a fairly harsh remark for what after all popular liberal voices on the web.

I thought the Tinfoil Hat crowd was Obama’s base.

What was the conspiracy? How did the Left say Romney cheated? Was it like when Perot said Bush had a secret earphone? I can’t wait to hear THIS one!

ROFL I love to see the White House throw a bucket of disrespect on their supporters! Kick ‘em in the nuts again Obama, show ‘em what being a liberal progressive is all about.
Interesting thought though – the major supporters of most tyrannies in the early days are also some of the first to be neutralized. It’s almost better to be an enemy of the Dictator than to be a friend of the Dictator – both get the axe.

These little so called quirky statements have no legitimacy. Yes, the left and the right bloggers say things that are silly. But I suggest Obama and his surrogates have them all beat on grade school shenanigans. BIG BIRD COMES TO MIND.
When this administration has lied, covered up and treated the Americans who have made the ultimate sacrifice for us, like political pawns, it would be worth their wild to just shut up.
Nothing they have said has made sense or reflects the sadness and the heartbreak those on 9/11/12 are feeling for their dead love ones.

VERY inept move….demoralizing and selling out your own faithful down the closing stretch….. All these hack bloggers ever do is ape mimic the daily talking points disseminated from David Axelgrease twitter feeds. You are mocking people for saying what your own propaganda field marshals commanded them to say….to save your own lying face….Very poor choice of scapegoats .. Bloggers have crowds of voters following them.
Tee Dub commented:
“Did Romney Cheat?” Yeah, that was a lead story with pictures on HuffPo/AOL News last week. So they can’t try to play it off like they didn’t hope it’d grow legs and run. Now they’re trying to convince us that they really didn’t take the accusation seriously. Pathetic.

I now understand the reason why things are so weird at the White House. Aliens have taken over the American Government! Need proof, see the link

I’m the guy in the pic above. Not only did they not ask permission to USE the pic, theyre using the pic to represent the liberal bloggers, aka the tin foil hat brigade, when the pic was done as part of a contest and I am a VERY conservative Republican
Take THAT, Jim Hoft!
