Obama Leads Cheers of “Si Se Puede!” At Cesar Chavez Rally (Video)

Today Obama led cheers of “Si se puede!” at a California dedication and rally.
President Barack Obama has designated the home of Latino labor leader Cesar Chavez as a national monument.
It turned intro a lib rally.
The Politico reported:
President Obama’s trip here to dedicate the Cesar Chavez National Monument wasn’t for a campaign rally, but sure felt like one.
There were the chants of “Si, se puede,” led by Obama himself at the beginning and end of his remarks. There were the cries of “four more years” from the thousands of mostly Hispanic people who gathered to watch. There were the “Obamanos” stickers and shirts arrayed throughout the scene.
And there was Obama’s speech, 12 minutes devoted to Chavez and his labor movement, but reflective of the same all-together-now aspirational themes that coarse through the re-election campaign.
The event served as a twofer – showing Obama as honoring both a Hispanic hero and a pioneer of the nation’s rural labor movement.
“He believed that when a child anywhere in America can dream beyond her circumstances and work to realize that dream, it makes all our futures just a little bit brighter,” Obama said of Chavez. “It was that vision, that belief in the power of opportunity that drove Cesar every day of his life. It’s a vision that says, ‘Maybe I never had a chance to get a good education but I want my daughter to go to college. Maybe I started outworking out working in the field but somebody I’ll own my own business. Maybe I have to make sacrifices but those sacrifices are worth it if it means a better life for my family.’ That’s the story of my ancestors, that’s the story of your ancestors.”
Obama sandwiched his trip here to dedicate the remote memorial in the midst of California’s Tehachapi Mountains an hour southeast of Bakersfield between fundraising stops Sunday night in Los Angeles and Monday night in San Francisco. He raised $9.5 million at the three stops Sunday.

So the Fraud-in-Chief is pandering to Latinos by memorializing Chavez – who was vocal against illegal immigration – instead of providing much needed water that would bring jobs and support livelihoods in the Central Valley. Who are these duped and stupid Latinos who cheer on Comrade Barry? By and large the Hispanic population is Roman Catholic and against gay marriage and abortion. They are suffering from enormous unemployment. I can’t imagine that more than a tiny minority would support this disgusting abuser.

In San Francisco, the exit off of 101 used to be Army Street. It was renamed Cesar Chavez.
As for this…Obamavomit again…at least for a change he wasn’t up here in our neck of the woods but down south where they can deal with the traffic.

sadly, just north is the beginning of the San Joaquin valley which used to be one of the richest soils for farming in America. now, it is a dust bowl due to the Democrats and their assinine Delta Smelt water regulations. Team Obama knocks Romney for not showing up…on Nickelodeon
[..............]President Obama’s peeps say Mitt Romney is gonna be sorry for blowing off a bunch of kids who participated in the Nickelodeon show, “Kids Pick the President.”
The premise of the show — kids submit questions to each candidate and based on the answers they make their pick for leader of the free world.
Obama answered the kids’ questions, but Romney said he didn’t have the time.
Deputy National Press Secretary Adam Fetcher tells TMZ, “It’s no surprise Romney decided to play hookey. Kids demand details, and I’m sure they want some answers on why Romney could increase their class sizes, eliminate their teacher’s jobs, raise taxes on their families and slash funding for Big Bird.”[.....................]
Meanwhile, Romney made an unplanned stop to hang with some elementary school kids today in Virginia. The stop comes at a time when Romney is no doubt anxious to signal he’s unafraid of questions from fourth-graders:
Mitt Romney ordered his motorcade to make an abrupt U-turn in rural Virginia today, after zipping by a group of elementary school students waving in the front yard of the school, so he could go back and meet them.
“Thanks for waving at me as I came by, I decided to come by and say ‘hi’ to you guys,” Romney told the kids, many of whom were fourth- and fifth-graders.
Romney was overheard telling one of the kids that fourth-grade was his favorite.
“I just saw you on TV,” one little girl said to Romney, overcome by excitement and giggling.
Romney, still dressed in a suit and a tie from his formal foreign policy speech he had completed just prior, was visibly amused, laughing with the kids.
One student approached Romney and asked, “Are you Mitt Romney?” The candidate replied, “I am Mitt Romney. And that’s your governor. That’s Governor McDonnell.”
Asked and answered, Mr. President. Who’s ducking questions now?[...................]
