Romney Crowds Are Surging After Record Debate Performance

America’s Comeback Team: Romney-Ryan in Lancaster, Ohio – Battleground Watch
Jeff Zeleny from The New York Times told Chris Wallace on FOX News Sunday,
“I spent five days in Ohio this week. And one thing I was struck by was just the enthusiasm on the Republican side. The crowds that Governor Romney was getting I would describe as Obama sized crowds from 2008. Some 10,000 people, day after day after day at rallies at county fairgrounds. And these people that I spoke to were not as intent on defeating the president, which they are. But they were saying in the affirmative that they want to elect Mitt Romney.”

Yes, the PPP poll showing 3:1 Obama in early voting is a joke of bad statistics. According to OH themselves, only about 3.25% of registered voters have voted absentee already, not 20%. Since Democrats are running only 5% ahead of Republicans on absentee requests, the chances those votes are 3:1 Obama are pretty much zero.
Plus, the PPP Poll is already a small sample. When you get into micro-subsamples of people who have already voted absentee, the margin-of-error grows so large as to be utterly unreliable.

Lots of people that I know – including me – are not voting early because we don’t want the Obama campaign to have even the first opportunity to negate our votes by rounding some up out of the graveyard.
Bill Mitchell commented:
Obama is at 45.9% in the RCP average which includes a number of polls still using 2008 turnout estimates. At this point in 1980 Carter was polling into the 50′s.
This election is over. Democrats need to concentrate on saving the Senate.

Think of all the smart Americans with specialized skills. Highly skilled. Doctors, engineers, finance and real estate experts, mechanics, electricians, …… and on and on. Now think about your president. It is so pathetic it is beyond words. We have no qualifications to be president. We have a thug punk as president of our great country. No experience at all. No military experience. Puts his feet up on desk in oval office. Salutes military officers while on cell phone. When I see or hear him I just shake my head. It is real and it makes me sick.

Seeing this downright warms the cockles of my heart – and they NEEDED warming. While I can’t exhale yet, DAYUM, this is exciting!
I too am not going to vote UNTIL THE DAY, like Granny! And like TeachX3, I too shall be partying all day with pizza and SODA (because I’m originally from Cali) and I can hardly wait to RELAX for a DAY.
And then the nail-biting starts again. Let’s hope the Marxists slink off quietly into this goodnight.

This is possibly a violation of Ohio statute 3599, which has a section that reads:
3599.01 Bribery.
(A) No person shall before, during, or after any primary, convention, or election:
(1) Give, lend, offer, or procure or promise to give, lend, offer, or procure any money, office, position, place or employment, influence, or any other valuable consideration to or for a delegate, elector, or other person;
(2) Attempt by intimidation, coercion, or other unlawful means to induce such delegate or elector to register or refrain from registering or to vote or refrain from voting at a primary, convention, or election for a particular person, question, or issue;
(3) Advance, pay, or cause to be paid or procure or offer to procure money or other valuable thing to or for the use of another, with the intent that it or part thereof shall be used to induce such person to vote or to refrain from voting.

Obama campaign urges Supreme Court to let early voting ruling stand and not hear Ohio’s appeal
President Barack Obama’s campaign is urging the U.S. Supreme Court not to consider an appeal in a dispute over early voting in the presidential battleground state of Ohio.
A lower court had reinstated early voting on the three days before Election Day and returned discretion to local boards of elections.
Secretary of State Jon Husted (HYOO’-sted), a Republican, has appealed that ruling. He’s also asked the Supreme Court to delay the lower court ruling while it decides whether to take the case.
Attorneys say the Obama campaign submitted a court filing

Obama’s Intelligence Brief Scandal
The last few weeks have produced many intriguing political moments, but none as shocking as the revelation that President Obama has been absent from the vast majority of his daily intelligence briefings.
According to a study by the Government Accountability Institute, Obama failed to attend a single Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) in the week leading up to the recent anniversary of 9/11 and the chaos that erupted in the Arab world. The mere fact that we were approaching 9/11 was a crucial enough reason to attend not one but all the briefings. President Obama attended none.
Worse, this is apparently nothing new. Obama attended only 43.8 percent of his Daily Briefs in the first 1,225 days of his administration. For this year, he attended a little over a third.
This is stunning, and there’s no excuse for it.[...............]
As for President Obama, if he’s in the process of finishing his presidency, after one term, he’s facing a surge of radical Islamic fundamentalism in the Middle East. Can any of that be blamed on Obama’s failure to attend these routine briefings? Maybe, maybe not, but it certainly can’t help.
In fact, as Marc Theissen and the Government Accountability Institute have noted in follow-up stories, Obama is now suddenly attending his daily briefing. That’s no doubt a response to political criticism. But could it be—on the heels of the eruptions in Libya and Egypt, which Obama initially blamed not on pre-meditated terrorism but a video—that maybe President Obama feels like he might have been missing something?
