    Obama Has Time For Sandra Fluke But Not Military

    It is no secret about Obama’s belief that America owes the world an apology because we have been successful and blessed to enjoy a standard of life that far exceeds most of the rest of the world. It is also no secret that Obama accuses America of practicing colonialism and same is the reason for her success. And it has been made abundantly clear that he has no respect for our military.

    He has gone to great lengths to sabotage the integrity of our military even as far as making homosexuality in the military the equivalent of bars on shoulders. He has used our military academies as back drops to boast himself as a tin leader. He has alerted the media so they could be present to afford him photo-ops as the bodies of our brave warriors are off-loaded from military transports. He has accused our military of heinous acts. His surrogates have placed the interests of terrorists above the interest and safety of our military. And Obama’s henchmen have worked behind the scenes to deny our military the ability to vote by not mailing ballots in time for many to have their votes counted. And let’s not mention his mac-daddy, hip-hop, ghetto swagger and chest bump–can’t get much more presidential than that, (sarcasm also intended).

    The list of the insults Obama has effected on our military and their families goes back years, but nothing makes me angrier than what Obama is doing and has done to those who suffered the terrorist attack by Nidal Hasan. Obama’s actions are an insult for which he should be driven from office in shame.

    His actions from the very beginning have been an insult to our military. He told Congress that they should not leap to conclusions or make public statements condemning Hasan as a Muslim terrorist. I’m not making it up–that’s what he said. But that pales in comparison to what he is doing to those attacked by Hasan.

    The wife of Sgt. Shawn Manning is fighting for official military recognition for the victims of the attack. Her husband was shot six times by Hasan while Shawn was serving on-duty at Fort Hood.

    Now, thanks to the yeoman efforts of Sgt. Manning’s wife, information is coming out that Obama has not only ignored those wounded and murdered, but he has refused to acknowledge their sacrifice.

    Victor Medina, writing for the Examiner.com, reported: “Although Sgt. Manning barely survived the attack, neither he nor any of those wounded and killed have been given combat status for the event.     Medina further reported that, “Despite the efforts of many Republicans in Congress to give combat status to the Ft. Hood victims, the Obama administration continues to insist the event was domestic workplace violence. This insistence comes even after the government learned Hasan had exchanged emails with Al Qaeda recruiter Anwar al-Awlaki before the attack.”

    Medina wrote that the latest denial came in May, when the Obama White House threatened to veto the National Defense Authorization Act when they stated, “The administration objects to section 552, which would grant Purple Hearts to the victims of the shooting incidents in Fort Hood, Texas.” The Act has yet to be voted on by the Democratic-controlled Senate after approval by the Republican-controlled House.

    Why is this significant, you ask? It’s significant because it makes a demonstrable difference in the amount of compensation our military people (who were attacked by terrorist scum that our tax-dollars trained and schooled) receive. I should here note that Hasan continues to receive his $6,000 per month military salary as he awaits trial.

    Over two years later and despite numerous efforts by Mrs. Manning and Senator Patty Murray, who is at the head of the Armed Forces Committee, Obama has done absolutely nothing. He will not so much as acknowledge them.

    Obama also took criticism for his initial response to the shooting. “Hours after the shooting occurred, the President spoke publicly for the first time at a conference hosted by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Instead of immediately addressing the tragedy, he took a lighthearted tone, thanking staffers and sending a ‘shout-out’ to at least one attendee. After three minutes of acknowledging people, the President finally mentioned the shooting, upsetting many over his cavalier tone. His failure to recognize the event as a terrorist attack and a military action upsets them even more.”

    Our men and women in uniform deserve better than Obama. He should be ashamed to have his wife, who was captured saying “all this for a damn flag” during a remembrance of those murdered by Muslims on 9/11, doing commercials pretending to care about our military.

    We have watched Obama and his entire administration show their contempt for our fallen border guards. And in the wake of Obama’s lies and cover-up pursuant to the Benghazi murders, Obama and his administration continue to lie and obfuscate about the circumstances surrounding the murder of Sean Smith, a computer specialist at the American consulate there.

    Smith’s mother said she was promised by even Obama himself that she would be given answers as to why her son is dead. At the time of this writing, Mrs. Smith is still waiting.

    Obama doesn’t have the decency to send original condolence letters.
    He instead sent tacky form letters that some say had been signed electronically.

    But Obama made it a point to personally call Sandra Fluke, the woman who wanted tax payers to provide for birth control pills and abortions as needed for her lascivious and immoral lifestyle. It seems that Obama is always ready to support the most base elements of society and to bow before terrorists, but he is not only unwilling to keep his promises to military families–he won’t even send them an original card. Just how pathetic and loathsome is that?

    Biden totally beclowned himself last night. I thought Ryan was trying very hard not to punch him in the mouth.
    Lost in all this chatter about Biden’s demeanor is commentary regarding what he was saying. On Libya it was all lies, on the economy it was all class warfare. All he did was repeat the Obama class warfare talking points. I did not hear anything different from him.
    The moderator, while she did chide Biden occaisionally, was totally against Paul Ryan.
    Ryan did just fine. He more than held his own, but hey he does have the truth on his side.

    You may be as surprised by this as we are ourselves, but from this day forward George W. and Laura Bush are now on the same list for us as the Clintons, the Palins, and other political figures we keep in our hearts and never allow anyone to badmouth.

    Criticize their policies academically and intelligently and discuss the
    Bush presidency in historical and political terms…but you mess with
    the Bushes personally and, from this day forward, you’ll answer to
    us.

    We hope someday to be able to thank George W. and Laura in person
    for all they’ve done, and continue to do. They didn’t have to head to
    Ft. Hood. That was not their responsibility.

    The Obamas should have done that.

    But Everything Obama and his team do, they do for a reason. . .
    Biden’s performance last night was to test the limits on how aggressive Barack can be next week towards Romney before being considered a jerk or worse. . an ANGRY BLACK MAN!

    They also wanted to see how well prepared Romney and Ryan are to rebut outright lies on Benghazi/Libya, Iran/Israel, GM bankruptcy, death panels and of course the 47% comment of Romney.

    Ryan did well but gets a B-

    He should have called Benghazi a failure of intelligence, not of the intelligence community, but of the people in the oval office – President, VP, Secretary of State and Advisors. . after all, How stupid does one need to be to see that an Ambassador in US consulate a war zone needs protection. . .

    He should have called Biden on the Palin comment that OBAMAcare was not even conceived or discussed in his debate with Palin. That came in 2009/2010.

    He should have called Biden’s GM comment what it was . .a government orchestrated, tax-payer paid for bankruptcy to give control to union. . . just ask the bondholders and pension funds and those that lost their jobs or dealerships with NO BENEFITS!.

    Ryan should have mentioned their Failure to produce a budget in three years and when they finally did was voted down in Senate 98-0 with two abstaining!

    Ryan needed to push harder of jobs and a strong economy as the basis for a strong military and defense. . .

    But Most of all, Ryan should have called Biden on the carpet for his antics last night
    (Vice President Biden, if my children were behaving like you I would tell them to grow up, but then you are very old, instead try to act in a manner that respects your office).

    Then turn to camera and look American people square on and say:
    My fellow Americans, No surprise here people, Biden’s total disrespect and contempt for the office is just like his Boss Obama who put his feet up on the Resolute desk when not playing golf. . .

    Lastly , whether looking at the economy, or job creation or foreign affairs spinning out of control, or the energy & the price of gas or the takeover of healthcare & destruction of Medicare, I would grade this administration an “F” for Failure not an incomplete like Obama did. . .
