From the Desk of Donald Trump: Major Announcement
Via WTVR:
If Pres. Obama releases his birth certificate, college records or passport application Trump says he will give $5 million to a charity.
He will release the charity money immediately after Obama releases his college transcripts and passport records.

The caveat he says, is that they have to be submitted by Oct. 31.

    If Obama will not release simple documentation int he name of $5 million to charity, therefore Obama hates poor people. No? Isn’t that how the other side would spin such a thing?

    Actually, it isn’t bad. Trump has really put Obama in the middle of the creek in a lead bottomed rowboat.

    If he releases those records than whatever it is he has spent millions of dollars trying desperately to hide – like attending university in the US as a foreign student on an Indonesian passport – comes to light and highlights his ineligibility days before the election.

    If he doesn’t release those records – records that every other US president has made available – then virtually all reasonable people are left to wonder what on earth is so damaging that Obama would turn down $5 million to continue to hide.

    To me, this ONLY makes sense if: (i) Trump already has the records; (ii) they have something extremely damaging in them; (iii) Obama refuses the offer; and (iv) October 31st (a Wednesday, so it won’t get buried by the media as they would if they were released late on a Friday), Trump releases them saying “here is what the President was willing to keep $5 million from charity to withhold”). He then donates the money to a charity of Trump’s choosing.

    Too optimistic?

    I actually think this is pretty smart. I just read this morning that Romney is the only candidate talking about poverty and the poor. If Obama really is for “the little guy”, and redistributing some of Trump’s wealth, why not release a few papers?

    AND, because Obama just got caught in the Benghazi lie, looking like he has something to hide won’t further America’s trust in him. Quite the opposite. It will continue the narrative that Obama is a liar. Even Letterman is becoming disillusioned with Obama’s dishonesty.

    Oversold, of course, in true Trump style, but an interesting challenge none the less. It will be fun to see how Camp O responds.
