Almost every Demonrat who has spoken at this Hearing has said disgusting things, playing politics. Don’t they realize Stevens’ family and the families of the other three are listening to this? Of course they know. They have no shame.

    See it’s obama’s fault…..

  • AuntieMadder

Don’t hold back, Rep Mike Kelly. You tell ’em!

  • billypaintbrush

Yep, 1,500 years of a barbaric, murdering death cult is Bush’s fault. Clearly.

Too bad this moron will be leaving congress soon.

To the legacy media who supported and protected this pathogen, what will you’re response be to the American citizens of this obvious dereliction of duty ,cowardice, and venal politics?

  • AuntieMadder

Where did this Lamb woman come from? What is her background? She sounds like a bureaucrat, totally clueless as she parrots the procedures, word-for-word, exactly as they’re printed in the manual.

At least this ignorant pissant is gone from congress come january. He lost his primary and didn’t even make the ballot for November.

  • AuntieMadder

Rep Farenthold looks like a Down Syndrome child.

  • Katielee

Almost sounds in parts that he’s laying the blame for de-stabilizing, or further de-stabilizing, the region at Obama’s feet–without actually saying that of course, we mustn’t do that– or stating clearly the incompetence, or gross negligence if you will, of the State Department-otherwise known as Hilary Clinton. He can’t quite call them on the carpet as Party colleague’s so has to disseminate and redirect the blame on America as villain, as usual.

  • AuntieMadder

I can tell, without looking or recognizing their names, after the first few words spoken if the rep is a Republican or a Demonrat. The Republicans sound truly concerned with the victims and the truth. (I do hope they’re sincere and not acting.) The Demonrats are trying to score political points, and it can be heard in their words and tone.

  • AuntieMadder

Katielee, his words, his tone and the look on his face was disgusting. Mr Hoff chose the right word descriptor.

What am I missing? He seems to be condemning PBO! He favorably quotes W! If you recall, he called for the impeachment of Blameless Barry for violating the War Powers Act!

I don’t like this turd either, but what national interest did we have in Libya, for goodness sake!

He is right about helping terrorist take over the country!

  • AuntieMadder

    I like Rep Adams’ style.

  • GotFreedom

What a little hypocrite. . .go back to visiting your friends in Syria. . .thank goodness NE OH voted you out of office!

  • AuntieMadder

PegLeg: F**k that condemned PBO, spoke favorably of W crap. Whether or not the US should have ever had military forces in Libya, Stevens wasn’t military. He’d befriended and become trusted by many Libyan citizens. He was there to help them. I believe that he believed he was doing a good thing there for them. I believe that many Libyans believed that, too. He and others there at the Embassy had “phoned home,” so to speak, to the State Dept and told of increased hostility and of hearing rumors and rumbles of trouble brewing. And they asked for protection. They were neither protected nor were they simply brought home. In fact, those who might have been around as their protection were brought home between that request for more security and the night that Stevens and three other Americans were killed at the Embassy.

If Kunichi or whatever the f**k his name is has a point, this Hearing was not the time nor the place to speak it. If he believed before today that Stevens et al should have not been there, he should have said something before they were killed and he should have said it to the SoS or the POTUS, both or either of whom he’s so willing to demonize himself over that surely they would have given him a few minutes of their time.

The little creep was speaking to his fan club. Not unlike Ron Paul, he has a routine and he has fans that expect to hear the same crap. And his time is running out. His district went bye bye, and he seriously thought of packing a carpet bag and hiking to another state. This desire to remain attached to power and funds is scary.
In any event, count on him to hijack the microphone whenever it comes near, at least until january.

With the exception of us all converting to Islam, they would hate us no matter what, imo.

  • Ragspierre

Unhappily, a lot of what he said was true. Certainly not all, but his recitation of recent Bad Luck Barry foreign policy was pretty spot on.

Sounds like a Romney commercial. Just ad who was the Prezzydent when all this happened.

Kucinich directly asked Lt. Colonel Woods how many Surface to Air Missiles were loose in Libya that could bring down an airplane…
    Lt. Colonel Woods responded……20,000!!!!!!!!!!!!
I watched the hearing and felt Kucinich (though usually looney) really went after the Obama administration which left me with my jaw hanging open!!!!!!
He had them also answer that Al Qaeda was all over Libya and much stronger than we are in that region.
