Romney Campaign Challenges Biased Media Polls …(Lib Media Even Have NASCAR Fans Going for Obama)

This year the media has pulled out all the stops to get Obama elected.
And, one of their favorite tactics is to play with the polls.

The state-run media is even pushing that NASCAR voters favor Obama. What nonsense. (Jalopnik)

Today the Romney Campaign told reporters the race is much tighter than the media is portraying it to be.
Buzzfeed reported:

Amid a flurry of recent polls showing Mitt Romney badly trailing in key swing states — especially in Ohio — a campaign adviser told reporters Tuesday that the race there is much closer than public polling suggests.

Asked about a new Washington Post poll showing Romney down eight points in Ohio, political director Rich Beeson said their internal polls are telling a different story.

“The public polls are what the public polls are,” Beeson said. “I kind of hope the Obama campaign is basing their campaign decisions on the public polls… I have great faith in our data.”

Beeson declined to elaborate on how their polls differed from those of media outlets, but he said, “We are, by any stretch, inside the margin of error in Ohio.”

He added that Obama campaign manager Jim Messina is “sort of spiking the ball at the 30-yard line” when it comes to winning Ohio.

Good for Romney.
The latest “Unskewed Polling” website has Mitt Romney ahead by seven points.

The overwhelming take-over of the House and many state legislatures in 2010 was just a short 2 years ago. The mostly failed, for the left, Wisconsin recall elections were even less time ago.

Please tell me what has changed to take away that momentum?

If the momentum has been taken away then answer this question.

Please tell me what has changed to swing the momentum the other way.

If you can’t honestly answer either question then you are hopeless.

Media polls in 1980 showed Carter with a strong lead, all the way up to the election. So biased ain’t nothing new.

I noticed the Alinsky children ignore the fact that Democrats are being over sampled by 4 to 7 percentage points in almost all the polls.

Wonder boy is on the ballot this year.

Let’s hope voters have better sense. Horrible economy, loss of jobs, loss of homes, $16 trillion dept and nothing to show for it, green companies going bankrupt on our dime, welfare, food stamps, the speech he gave at the UN and to top it all, calling the tortured death of four Americans ” a bump in the road”. Also, he wasn’t at all agressove om tjese embassey bombings. He has made America look weak. These are just a few of the missteps he has made in the last four years. To list them all would be a herculean task.

  • Was’nt it at a Nascar race that Moochie & Mrs Biden were profoundly booed at…just sayin….

You know, I was really wondering how the polls could show Obama ahead. EVERYONE I talk to is not voting for him – they either did and won’t this time, or they didn’t and are proud to say that they support Romney 100%. I live in a blue state! I talk to people all the time at the grocery store, shopping, at the library, in restaurants – no one is voting for Obama and everyone has that disgusted look when they talk about him. I have a friend in a different state that tells me the same thing. He can’t figure out how Obama is ahead. You just scratch your head and say – how can that be? Now, we know. We should have guessed it – that the lying left-wing media and the pollsters themselves are manipulating the polls to prop up this horrible president. I also have spoken with veterans (we have a veteran’s facility nearby) and they CAN’T STAND Obama. I’ve also spoken to folks while paying for gas and every one of them says Obama was the biggest mistake America has ever made. Everyone is disgusted with inflation, no jobs, the debt and Obama’s non-existent leadership. One and done – and, it can’t happen soon enough.

Obama will win Ohio. Obama will be re-elected. Let’s keep nominating moderates as our nominees!

Oh, how did I miss this gem?

Even Rasmussen has Romney ahead now. Such pathetic denial of reality here.

Taladega is not to far from Ranburne Alabama. Blacks to this day cannot live there.

Don’t give me that hogwash. Obama is dispised down here and other places too.

Not cuz he’s black, but that he did the same thing to the public that Carter did.

He made the pain personal and obvious that it is his fault. JR is an idiot.

Lessee here, my choices are a raging socialist that hates America or as you put it

a moderate (with conservative leanings) my point. Gee wonder who america will

vote for a Mormon that does not drink, smoke that never did dope and love America.

Or your closet muslim, dope smoking, socialist, hates America run of the mill

black guy. (talent wise) WOW big diff huh?!

I think a landslide of Reagan proportions with coat tails into the senate and

the congress. Hard right captain the lefties are gonna scream bloody murder just

like we have for four years. The economy could get worse but under Romney’s

    management it will nessesarily skyrocket.

    powder is dry

The polls are obviously skewed in favor of false Lieberal empiricism and the dogma of established procedures. Romney’s savvy will carry the day and the OBUMMANAUTS will run around screaming and crying while we savor THE VICTORY THAT IS BASICALLY IN THE BAG for ROMNEY.

Obama Blasted by Left and Right for Snubbing World Leaders

[Obama addressed the General Assembly on Tuesday morning,
but that was likely to be the full extent of his participation, as
he left bilateral meetings to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.]

doesn’t cancel out the fact that Morsi was the ONLY leader Obama made
a date to meet with in the first place, or we’re supposed to believe they
haven’t been or continue to communicate behind closed doors..

[On October 1, 2009, the Obama administration in conjunction with
the Egyptian government, introduced an anti-free speech measure to
the United Nation’s Human Rights Council (HRC). It was adopted the
    next day without a vote.

more here & here, in connecting links and threads..

Here’s a great example of the lap dog media:

After his interview with David Letterman, Obama started feeling sick. At one point, he instructed the limo driver to pull over. He leaned out the window and vomited in the curb.
Later, Chris Wallace was walking past that same spot and noticed Soledad Obrien sitting on the curb, crying.
    Chris asked, “What happened?”
Soledad replied, “Obama got sick and threw up.”

Chris said, “Don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll be okay.”

Soledad replied, “It’s not that. It’s just that Andrea Mitchell ate all the big chunks.”

The flaw in this argument is that most of these polls don’t weight by voter ID but rather voter ID is just determined by how people self-identify. So if they are showing a +10 spread for Democrats this doesn’t necessarily mean that they are predicting a larger turn out of Democrats (in fact, most polls which ask for such things indicate that democrat ethusiasm is, in fact, down this year). Rather, all it means is that, for whatever reason, fewer people are IDENTIFYING as republicans this year. In most polls this decrease in Republican self identification is born out by an increase in independent identification–so all these polls prove is that, for whatever reason, many people who used to identify as GOP are now identifying as independents (which makes sense if you consider the rise of the tea party movement and its distrust of the GOP).

So websites like “unskewedpolls” are complete wishful thinking and the idea that pollsters are intentionally skewing polls is silly. Why would they do that anyway? If anything you would think telling everyone that Obama winning is a foregone conclusion would do more to unmotivate democratic voters than the opposition.

Let me be clear, I am bump in road for NASCAR… to run over!

I know more people vote in a presidential race than a mid-term…but honestly do you think that anyone that voted for McCain in 08 is voting for Obama this year?

Now how many people do you know that got duped in to voting for Obama in 08 and would not touch him with a 10′ pole this year…..I know 20 or 30 people just in my little world.

And is it possible that even Obama’s minions are more energized this year than they were in 08….highly unlikely.

08 was the best that Obama could or will ever do…..anything that has happened over the last 4 years has only served to chip away at his support…..the models they are using for these polls are total bull $hit… not fall into the pit that the media is digging for us.
