Milwaukee is a long time member of the voter fraud hall of shame.

Now this…
Sixty percent of Milwaukee’s black voters have vanished without a trace.
Slate reported:

Sixty percent of Milwaukee’s black voters have disappeared.

Democrats have feared for years that one of the particular challenges of running campaigns in 2012 would be simply locating their voters.  The party’s constituencies (young people, immigrants, minorities) tend to be among the most mobile demographic groups.  And as NPR speculated this week in an analysis of battleground-state foreclosure figures, the housing crisis will likely only have made things more difficult for Democrats looking for their supporters.

New data from Milwaukee give an indication of how dire the Democrats’ disappearing-voter problem already is. This spring, the League of Young Voters, which was created to mobilize young minority communities, collaborated with the liberal Wisconsin Voices coalition to dispatch teams of young canvassers. Starting in April, they spent eight weeks knocking on 120,882 doors across 208 of Milwaukee’s 317 wards to raise awareness of the gubernatorial recall election scheduled for June.  The doors had one thing in common: the voter file said they were all home to a registered voter whom a commercial data vendor had flagged as likely to be African-American.

But the voter file represented a fiction, or at least a reality that had rapidly become out of date.  During those eight weeks, canvassers were able to successfully find and interact with only 31 percent of their targets. Twice that number were confirmed to no longer live at the address on file  — either because a structure was abandoned or condemned, or if a current resident reported that the targeted voter no longer lived there.

Based on those results, the New Organizing Institute, a Washington-based best-practices lab for lefty field operations, extrapolated that nearly 160,000 African-American voters in Milwaukee were no longer reachable at their last documented address — representing 41 percent of the city’s 2008 electorate.  It is a staggering figure in a battleground state where Democratic prospects rely on turning out Milwaukee’s urban population, an ever more urgent cause since Paul Ryan’s presence on the ticket could help mobilize core Republican constituencies in the city’s suburbs.  Over half of those identified as displaced were under the age of 35, and thus also less likely to be reachable through traditional landline phones.

Last month the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office subpoenaed the national office of the Service Employee International Union (SEIU) in Washington D.C. for the employment documents of a senior organizer currently under investigation for vote fraud in Wisconsin.

  1. Did you look in the county jail???

  2. Did they ever really exist? The Left was paying people to fill out voter registration forms in 2008.
They gave homeless people cigerettes & money to sign their names, of which many where fake.

  3. Since when has “not existing” ever been an impediment to being a registered Democrat?

  4. Last month, two women came to my door wearing Obama buttons. They were looking for people registered as Democrats at my address. None of the six names they gave belonged to actual previous owners of the house (we’re the 3rd owners).

They covered by suggesting that maybe they wanted the house across the street – owned by a lovely widow from Australia who built it with her late husband 20 years ago. Um, not her name either.

    There is fraud in Milwaukee.

  5. @ #2….Did they ever really exist?…. EXACTLY my thought when I read the headline.

I’d bet a dollar to a doughnut that the answer is a resounding NEGATIVE.

As an alternative, they could check the local cemetery’s, or jails as #1 suggested, or whatever they are calling Acorn offices in the local ‘hood.

Hope and Change……..that kool-aid just ain’t got the same flavor anymore…….being worse off than 4 years ago will do that…………

  6. That’s 41% of the electorate. That means 41% of all votes are questionable, and if all of them are fraudulent it means you need 83% of the legitimate votes just to get a tie.

  7. Trust me! They’ll return in November. Sad but true

  8. In this we are seeing the fruits of a voter ID law and a Republican Secretary of State to enforce it.

These are the further gifts of the 2010 Tea Party election.

  9. They’ve temporarily been moved (displaced) to Ohio, Pennsylvania & Virginia. They’ll be returned home Nov 7th.

  10. You could do this in any city. There is so much fraud, it can’t even be kept track of.
Couldn’t happen to better bunch of people.

  11. Why do think Eric Holder and the Democrat Secretary of States will not allow picture voter IDs and proof of legitimacy.

  12. Agree many never existed
Others were bussed in from Chicago and Detroit
While others are now in Ohio and VI trying to steal the election

If VOTER ID not allowed then we need to do what they did in IRAQ
EVERYONE who VOTES without verifiable ID must put their finger in ink well
The kind of ink that cannot be removed easily. . .

That is the remedy for a fair election

  13. Wait…this doesn’t make sense. The Obama administration said there is no problem with voter fraud. How can this be?? :)

  14. Sounds like an awful lot of registered voters in Milwaukee never existed. Or that “commercial vendor” made his entire database of “registered voters likely to be African American” up out of whole cloth. LOL.

  15. ACORN should be barred from registering voyers. . PERIOD

All State AG’s need to issue orders barring them in their state’s voter registration drive.

    They cannot be trusted.

Thought their funding was cut. . .need to investigate.

  16. In both the 2004 and 2008 Presidential elections more voters in Milwaukee cast ballots than the 18+ population shown in the US Census. Milwaukee typically prints more ballots that 18+ citizens even after Republicans challenged the practice.

The next step would be to go back and see how many of these no match voters actually voted. Don’t count on the League of Womens Voters to do that, but somebody should. Wisconsin is a fraud friendly state with same day registration with almost no verification to check on the residency of those voting — very often students who reside out of state, but are permitted to vote in Wisconsin, having already voted absentee in their own state. In this case the names and addresses were likely phony, same day registrants whose false names and addresses remained on the rolls. I wonder which party these phantom voters cast their ballots for?

But thank you LOWV for exposing this travesty.

And in Washington State, in Oregon, in California, in Illinois, in New York City and State, etc, ad nauseum, ad infinitum.

    Need I go on, really?

My first reaction was, “well, DUH! Democrat control for how long?”
